What I got back was a ruined garment: the once-fluffy gold velvet is now matted and irregular, with clearly defined, uneven demarcations from what looks like improper heat treatment or pressing. The once-luxurious texture is flattened in large patches, making it unwearable and impossible to restore. The damage is consistent with the appearance of velvet that was heated or treated with chemicals improperly. I explained the issue to the owner, who argued with me that there is no damage. He even tried to claim it is the lighting and talk me out of my damage claim. He offered no acknowledgement of their error, no apology and would only refund my dry-cleaning costs if I signed a waiver of my right to pursue damages. Further, he threatened to sue me for slander if I posted evidence of their damage to my velvet garment online. This isn't just extremely poor service; it's negligence that has cost me hundreds of dollars. Do not trust them with anything valuable or delicate. I found the owner to be dishonest and manipulative. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to do the same.

When asked about the damage over the phone he became belligerent and hung up the phone. Then immediately called the laundry store, i was still standing there, and the Owner even told him he needs to make this right. I have bought a replacement blanket and the company verified for me that my blanket was heated even though it stated not to do so.The blanket is a very expensive faux fur long hair blanket, it is not shriveled up and he wont meet to discuss the damage. He just keeps texting he did nothing wrong and if I tell him he did wrong he for sure wont agree. This is the epitome of bad business behavior. And he is hiding behind text.
