The owner zack stated that he would make it right by giving me a credit. The credit was not able to be used by my mom when picking something up although he told me she could use it on the phone when he gave me the credit. My mom's pieces were also not altered correctly, but she knew to not send them back to the same person twice after they had already butchered mine 4 to 5 times. Ultimately my skirt still has chunks of hard super glue and stitching that looks like my dog did it.

The place is under staffed and after having my uniforms for 5-6 days I often arrive to find they still are not done. On 3 occasions the worker who waited on me said I would have to come back as he had no idea where my uniforms were. The owner who works the counter was out and he was only "doing the boss a favor" by waiting on me. He was openly angry at having to wait on me and told me so.
