They melted the buttons, and tried to pass off some crystal buttons that did not even match the coat. Buttons melt, no big deal, we can fix that. Then I asked the manager, Purav, why they lied and did not tell me; just trying to pass off the coat, like I would not notice the cheap, ugly buttons on my Kate Spade coat. He just shrugged his shoulders. I told them I was leaving soon for vacation, and sent them two websites that had buttons that I liked. The buttons were in stock and not very expensive. Then he called me the day I was going on vacation, and told me they could not get the buttons. I told him I would deal with it myself, but to just send me a $36.94 refund for the coat cleaning. Purav said he was sending the check "today". A month goes by, still no check. Then Purav says again, he will send the check "today". Another month goes by, and then Purav says a check cannot arrive at my home; there is a problem with my address. Amazon and a whole bunch of other business don't seem to have any problem getting mail and packages to me. Thus, another lie. Then Purav says to give him my personal number so he can Zelle the money. Not doing it. Burned me already 4 times. Enough is enough. It has been 5 months now, no check, no refund, just lies and scams.
