I was so upset I never came back and wrote the previous review only to have someone from the clinic claim that I'm not even in their patient system. Really convenient. Fast forward more time - I receive an email reminder for an upcoming appointment and it says that I cannot email for cancelation and must call in. I called and they are closed on a Friday at 3pm. I did not make this appointment but clearly I'm in their system somewhere. This is ridiculous. I left a voicemail when prompted on the phone to state that I did not schedule this appointment and want it canceled. If I get charged for this, I'll be sure to challenge and escalate this.
