We adopted our bunny from Brooke's Bunny Farm two months ago. Our bunny is a very healthy, happy, sweet, energetic, curious and affectionate bunny! Ryan was very helpful, friendly, and patient in answering all our questions. Mango came to us almost completely litter trained, and he is a very meticulous bunny and always uses his litter boxes for urine and only has a few stray poos. He is easy to keep clean and such a joy to play with. Brooke's Bunny farm takes great care in raising their bunnies. Our family highly recommends Brooke's Bunny Farm.

Funny how the owner is trying to say the grandfather gave us bunny and we insisted on the one we choose when I have all the text showing he showed us Dolly. You really shouldn't lie you are the one that sold us the bunny we had to hurry there because your daughters birthday party was that day and you were leaving if you see photos attached you showed us Dolly through text we never even got out of the car you didn't let us you brought him to us. I shouldn't have had to check between his legs I thought you were trustworthy.

we drove 1 hr 30mins to pick up my Bunnies and it was absolutely worth it. my family loves them so much. Ryan and Janet answered all of my questions and were very polite and helpful. I absolutely recommend purchasing your bunnies or any other exotic animal they carry. the animals are well taken care of there. The Cook family.

Instead I was met with a male who's sarcasm was unnecessary. His unwillingness to help and down right rudeness was very uncalled for. Quite frankly he made me feel extremely small. I expressed it was my first time calling for advice and he proceeded to use a condescending tone to remind me of how uneducated with the process I was Prior to the call I did perform some of my own research through various websites but I figured why not pick up the phone and ask an experienced "professional?". Actually he was not professional at all. He went as far as telling me that it's because of people like me that liters end up at pet stores! Like really? WOW! I wondered if his comments were racially motivated which is not uncommon in that part of CT. However the treatment was just sad I wonder if he would appreciate someone talking to his wife, mother or kids the same way he spoke to me? Just a nasty human being! Shame on you for treating other people that way. I will never allow someone like you to deter me from learning more about what I would expect to be a positive experience.

Warning bring your dog if you dare!! My review was removed,…read moreI assume they pay for that. Here I am again to get the truth out! Owner of this facility is un faithful and gives the run around when it comes to reimbursement, came up with a contract and has yet to follow through. Read my review! My personal experience with Dave and Daniel at Black Rock Canine was awful! I been contemplating on writing a review but me as an animal lover, dog owner and a business owner people need to know the truth so it doesn't happen to your dog. My show dog came back lethargic, dehydrated and emaciated. He lost 15lbs in their care while being with them for 3 weeks. My dog was full of ticks and fleas and required surgery from the rock he ingested while being there. (Must of done that out of boredom or being absolutely starving.) It's neglectful the fact my dog wasn't feeling well and all the signs was ignored by staff. Nobody called me or texted me to discuss his current condition. When I went to pick up my dog from Black Rock Canine my dog stumbled out of the facility, couldn't recognize me as his owner, didn't wag his tail and he was drooling and hunched over, just looked down right sick. My dog was so sick I thought I was going to lose him. He was unrecognizable as my dog. They lied to my face and acted like nothing was wrong at pick up. Full of excuses " he must be tired", "or maybe he has a tick born disease", (which by the way was immediately ruled out at the vet). I thought it was absolutely bazaar that Dave wanted treat us to lunch before picking up my dog, I guess to soften us up before the pick up. They lied by saying my dog was eating, I gave them a whole big bag of his high calorie diet. A dog doesn't lose 15lbs if he's eating how can they not tell how emaciated he is? They are not being truthful as to what really happened. They also lied that their was no way he could have eaten a rock but I guess you forgot you sent me a pictures of him tied up in an area full of rocks and sticks! I mentioned my dogs weight was a concern in another picture that was sent to me but Daniel assured me that his food would be increased. My dog is not the same since being home, his personality is damaged, doesn't act like he was trained at all. Dave the Owner of the facility said he would take care of vet bill and refund the training and has yet to do so. I've been waiting now more than 9 months all I get is the run around. I guess he's hopeful that I would just forget and let it go. Be professional and take care of buisness, as much as I wanted to stay away from going to court I guess that what it has to be. I've been extremely patient and I'm out $5,264.58 for my dog being in their care. I'm absolutely disgusted that they could do this to a dog. This place is unprofessional. Dog owners beware you've been warned. Check out the attached pictures of my Giant Schnauzer I even put a photo if what he looked like before he went to Black Rock Canine.

Julie Ann even alerts me to things like when the sun room in the back of my house was getting too hot for my cat (and things of that nature) when she comes to walk my dog. I can tell she treats my pets as if they were her own. And I really appreciate that, and that's hard to find. I leave everyday for work feeling good that I know my fur babies will be under good care.
