Ignore the 4 or 5 star reviews, those people are still in the honeymoon phase. That will change…read moreonce they have a problem. This dealer has rarely fixed a problem I had and has made it a point to fleece me at every turn. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Here is my experience. 1) Car creaks when stopping or starting. I have driven 100's of cars in my life and never experienced anything like it. Signature says normal body noise. 2) Water pools in the door after rain or car wash and gushes out. My fear was freezing water would damage the paint. Nothing they can do. 3) Paint on my Blue Hyundai peels since 30k miles. I made the mistake of thinking I could take it in later because I bought the 100k platinum warranty. Blue paint only covered for 36k miles but white is extended. 4) Engine light came on for several days and went off. If they scan the code and find one in history its covered. If they don't have to pay them 170 dollars to scan the codes. One hour of a techs time. Sorry but a tech doesn't make 170 dollars an hour that is the dealer charging profit. 5) They put their dumb sticker on the car when I asked them not to. Refused to take it off. I had to peel it off myself but little did I know I just had to wait for the paint to peel off anyway. 6) Poor design from Hyundai exposes a lead screw that moves the driver seat. Seat was jammed. Turned out a dime cut lodged in there because it is exposed. 100 dollars to tell me that. If you still want a Hyundai Kia go to Michigan City. I have gotten multiple people to not buy from Signature and one of them had a problem that Michigan City took 3 weeks to fix. They gave them a brand new rental and through on a set of tires for the trouble. No way Signature would do that. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

We traded in a 2008 Jeep. We expected to get 10,000 dollars for it. The used car manager Steve…read moreHunsinger-who was a jerk to begin with, gave us a lowball offer of 5000. He claimed the carfax said it had airbags deployed, and while they were repaired, they couldn't offer more and that 5000. Was more than fair. Today, I see my Jeep for sale for 12,990. While I expect they need to make a profit, I can't help but feel bent over. The Manager, our salesman Wisdom , and the young man with the beard seemed like wonderful people.would have been 5 stars if not for Steve.

Actually LESS then 1 star! Purchase cash off of the lot I should've known at the time Linda…read morereally tried to persuade the warranty for $800. then I should've known that was a red flag! I purchased a Honda pilot 2006 what was wrong with those right? After four mechanics looked at it showed evidence of the six cylinders one spark plug and one coil were different manufacturers then the rest which Honda dealership recommends and Nkg spark plugs. The Carfax showed that the previous owner maintain the vehicle at Honda dealerships. So out of all of the spark plugs there was a AutoZone manufacture generic spark and coil. Three mechanics confirmed that the coil and spark was in place to keep it going and anti-freeze coolant in the spark. After two weeks vehicle was overheating. Purchase vehicle and "as is." Called the dealership to let them know that the sparking coil was covered up because of the blown head gasket which and Mechanic's terms it will keep the engine running as long as you change the spark plugs and fill the fluids back up. Four mechanics stated the same thing. Three tow truck drivers stated the same thing and also have received pick ups are people that have purchased vehicles from this lot. Coincidence I think not. So being the person i am I called them. Well the mechanic didn't want to talk to me but Linda stated you should of bought the warranty we never know what's going to happen I'm so sorry hon. Shadiness of all shady but having for mechanics confirm the reasoning of the spark plug generic employees is because of a blown head gasket which could further drive down the road for two weeks and then keep on blowing and then replace the spark plug and felt the fluids and keep on going for another two weeks. I pay bluebook price and this is what I got. Buyer beware
