Eric and his son are the best! We now have a 3 year history doing business with them and they are like family! We first bought from West Point Auto in 2014. We rolled into the lot beaten down and nervous after 5 years of struggle because of job layoff. Eric moved heaven and earth to get us a car. The relief was huge! I don't think he realizes, to this day, how much stress he helped lift off our shoulders. Fast forward to May 2017, that same car was rear-ended and totaled. Again, we drove into the West Point lot, worried and stressed! Eric again did his magic and now we have a newer Camry that we LOVE! I told him that he is the magic man! The cars seem to be in better shape than those of many similar lots and the people are friendly, cooperative and fair, without the annoying high-pressure tactics. One of very few used car dealers that actually stands behind their vehicles with a short warranty.
