I did go there again, and received a new pair of glasses due to the one year replacement policy. The pair that I received was not properly assembled, the lenses were not properly secured, so I had to go back and have them properly placed. This is definitely a "Buyer Beware" establishment.

That's right no doctor checking my eyes.. hmm . So I questioned this , he brought me up to manager and I questioned manager. Dismissing me, no accepting what I said, almost arguing with me about what took place . He basically acting like there was nothing he could do because I was late . Inappropriate, unprofessional. I visited to get my eye exam, prescription, and new glasses…read more The process of the exam and picking the frames was great but when I had to come back to pick them up things were not so great. I got a call to pick up my frames and I asked if I could have my prescription when I picked them up and was told yes. I arrive and get my frames and only one of the two is ready. And they also have no print out and am told I'll get it when I pick up the other frames. I get a call to pick up the other frames and confirm the print out will be ready. The print out was not ready and I had to wait for it. I asked for my PD and was told no. I asked why not and the employee told me it changes depending on the glasses. This made no sense to me because it is the distance between my pupils and that doesn't change. I also mentioned how when I got my two pairs of glasses from that very store they only measured my PD on one frame because it's the same. I asked how that was. She said they had a machine and it knows what to do. I asked how it worked and she said that's why we have machines. She begrudgingly wrote down my PD and said she added a note to the file that she is not liable if I use it and it's wrong. I feel as if she kept just saying stuff to placate me and get me to move on and I don't appreciate that. What she was saying did not make sense to me. I paid for an eye exam and prescription and my PD should be included. Additionally, the two times I went in to pick up frames she seem flustered and kept going on about how busy she was. And I wish they would leave a message when I missed the phone call. I like the frames I bought but probably won't be coming back, to this location at least

She tried almost everything shew knew and she found a solution! I'm very pleased with a doctor that tries their best for every situation, especially one as difficult as my own. When I tried ordering my six months supply today they not only wouldn't do so without another exam (which my insurance won't cover due to it being six months from my previous one) but they didn't have an appointment available until after I ran out of contacts and supposedly don't have any sample contacts in stock. So basically "We lied about your ability to reorder, you can't be seen before you run out and it suks to be you." Not the kind of office I want to deal with ever again.
