We tried Brooklyn's best pizza. It was delivered hot and fresh. One large pizza and two sandwiches. Great customer service. The order was delivered in 22 minutes. It also helps that we live only 3 blocks away. read more

We LOVE! this place...always first choice for pizza hands down. KAREN was fantastic to us today more than usual. We know things can get very busy, however instead of pizza we tried sub combos. I usually order pizza for delivery but i actually picked it up and the restaurant itself is very cute with a TV to watch the Rays game. The service is fast and friendly. The pizza is terrific. I assume none of the people that left good reviews for this pizza really know what good New York Style pizza is like. It taste like Papa John's or some other chain. All I can say is it resembles pizza but does not taste anything like good New York style pizza. It also does not taste anything like good Italian (Naples) style pizza. And beyond that I don't think it taste like a good pizza at all no matter what the style. The restaurant itself seems nice enough as well as the staff but the pizza just does not cut it. read more

This place is horrible. Customer service is the worst. Very rude people. If you like to wait 30 min for them to make you a sandwich this is your place. If you like to watch the girl mess with her hair face and touch food you found it. I'm not sure they like to clean. Stay away!!!! read more

This was literally the most lackluster, boring, and flavorless pizza I have ever had. There was zero flavor in the crust. There was zero flavor in the pizza sauce. Killer Calzone! Crust had some crispness to it, not soggy at all. Plenty of creamy gooey cheese, good amount of fillings. Large is plenty for two. Solid marinara, good price. A good find off the Highway 19 strip. read more

Honestly anyone who has a negative review to say about this place has no idea what quality pizza is. That being said moving from Chicago it's been the hardest thing trying to find consistency in great food and I've found it here! The garlic knots where to die for and the wings and pizza were bomb . You can honestly taste the fresh quality ingredients put in the food and that's something your not gonna get from a corporate franchise like little Caesars , 5 dollar hot and ready keep it ! I ordered this evening and didn't receive all my order. When I placed the order, the young lady repeated my order for 2 calzones (1 was with meatballs, mushrooms and black olives, the 2nd was with spinach, mushrooms and black olives), 1 stromboli (with mushrooms and black olives added) and an order of mozzarella sticks. Well, I received the meatball calzone, a calzone with mushrooms and black olives, and the mozzarella sticks. Didn't receive the stromboli and the 1 calzone was wrong. When I called back to let them know that I was missing an item, I was charged for the missing item. We didn't know that the 1 calzone was completely wrong and thought the other calzone was actually the stromboli (which it was not). Probably won't be ordering from here again. read more

Honestly one of my favorite place to get pizza. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Tampa or in the area! The ingredients are always fresh. They also have good selection to choose from . The pizza sauce is house made and to die for and there calzones are so delicious. Very friendly service and very affordable. So while on vacation had a chance to visit Brooklyn's Best. Imagine my surprise to have discovered a fantastic pizza and a new must-have whenever I visit! Fantastic crust...they use a garlic flavored oil and its out of this world. Sauce is a tangy sweeter style and it works. PLUS...cheesecake! They make cheesecake in the pizza oven and get the 5th star for that effort alone. Met new owner (he bought restaurant several months ago) and he seems like a good, sincere person. Excellent NY pizza, however their antipasto salad was very disappointing. Mostly lettuce with very little meat,tomato,etc.

A very nice local pizza joint. Many specials and overall low prices. Spaghetti has a very nice tasting red sauce and I suggest getting the sausage as its sliced perfectly to compliment the sauce. Easy to find with ample parking in the strip plaza. A great local private owned place read more

This is my favorite place to get delicious food. I ordered at 8 pm on a Friday night last week and I expected to wait an hour like I have before with other pizza places but it came just within 25 minutes. The delivery boy (he drove a red car didn't get his name) was really courteous and one of the sweetest boys I've met in his generation. I came in town back in April to my sisters..We ordered the 2 spinach calzones with extra cheese. My sister orders there quite frequently they both did not come with extra cheese I called immediately in addition they left out one of my marinara sauces, that I ordered extra for both. The manager was very sweet she told me when we get back in town and Order to remind them about the extra cheese weather be on a pizza or in the calzone I did that the girl refused to put the manager on the phone and told me that that wasn't possible. There are many other pizza places in New Port Richey holiday area that would have accommodated a regular customer I will no longer be purchasing food there. Nor will I let my sister who ordered on a regular basis I asked them to look up her phone number to look up the order back in April when I was here she was rude belligerent and wouldn't put the manager on the phone. Then she asked me back in April who answered the phone what was the person's name we spoke with the manager whatever her name is. Or owner so why would you ask me if I told you I spoke with the owner slash manager. All over 2.00. Papa Johns here we come.. it is not our fault the manager was busy and did not put that in the system it was a Friday evening. But you get all that hassle over extra cheese there's other businesses out of here read more

I tried to order from there last night, and they added extra charges that were not listed on the menu to the total. When I asked the manager about the total, he was rude to me, and said "F... you" to me and hung up on me, and the owner apologized, but did nothing else about it. The manager who cursed at me still works there, and never apologized. I ended up ordering from another pizza place down the street, and recieved great customer service. read more

Stopped in today to check this place out (i have heard it has some pretty good pizza). Being a New Yorker, I took the name as a challenge and decided to see how they measured up. I had the pizza and wing deal and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It was very close to New York style pizza, the closest I've had in Florida. I will be back the next time I'm in town! This place is the worst place ever to order from... they've never gotten an order right, they are extremely rude on the phone and in person, and they over charge and add additional charges onto your bill without any explaination. I also got food poisoning from their chef salad. I feel bad for the people who order from there, expecting fair service and food! I will never order or eat from Brooklyn Express again!!! The food is decent but it is way overpriced. They charge $12.95 dollars for fettucini alfredo pasta with chicken but they give you a small container. Their wasn't anything inside way overpriced, wanted to go back in and return it. Looks like a small box packaging of pasta very little not worth $13. The salad comes in a small box, and they only give you 2 garlic knots. I would avoid this place as it is way overpriced. You could go out to restaurants and eat food that is better and worth the money. Avoid this overpriced place as much as possible. read more
