The smell in my car was delicious and I couldn't wait to get home to eat! I'll definitely do a double meat on the next smash burger but it was so flavorful! The garlic parm fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the wings were pretty decent as well! The strawberry lemonade had the perfect pucker for lemon taste. This little gem of a burger spot is AWESOME! And by the size of the LP gas tank next to the food truck/trailers AND the AWESOME smash burgers... he's gonna be around for a long time! These are literally the BEST smash burgers, and I mean real smash burgers and not regular burgers claiming to be smash burgers... the BEST I've ever had! PERIOD!!! And both the young man and young lady who have served me are awesome too! They even bring the burgers to me while I patiently wait in my old school Tacoma! Love these passionate foodies who give you the best quality and make you smile. I didn't even like smash burgers until I tried theirs. They have it down to an art. This time we also tried their dry rubbed buffalo wings and drummies (they have so many other flavors), and they were to die for. Loved that they weren't drippy yet so flavorful. Their homemade blue cheese dressing/yum. And I love that make all their own sauces in the house. The hand cut fries are a must, and ask for their homemade truffle aïoli to dip them in. Some of the crispiest fries I've had in my life. If you like spice, their homemade hot sauce, you can buy a bottle of, is to die for and very unique. You may say, "But it's just a smash burger" oh heck NO! It's the Best Burger/Smash Burger in the area. The Original Special is built right with everything on it. I suggest the OG sauce. It's not hot, not spicy but has the right taste to light up your taste buds. The Fries are better than the ones I used to get in Belgium!!!! You cannot have just one. Every time my husband and I have been here it's blown us away. Awesome burgers and they aren't shy with portion sizes. The loaded fries are phenomenal. Our most recent visit we tried their chicken and sandwiches and I loved the lemon pepper sandwich. Service is always quick, easy and very friendly. The food truck is located on the corner of Grand and Flora. There is a seating area to eat. However, if you order to go there is a convenience store right next to it for anyone who likes their burger with a beer. Highly recommend this gem. read more
