Pros and cons! Con: You pay in advance. If you want additional items you have to pay again and again. Weird. Normally you pay at the end so you tally up everything. Tip in advance. All I did was order. I have had no service so how do I know if I am going to tip and how much? Tips are "earned". All they did was walk out two pies. No follow ups, hows it going, want anything else, etc... Glad I chose a low tip value. Pros: I have had pizza in 46 states. NY pizza is The Best. Being from NYC myself I know "Brooklyn" pizza. This pizza did the name justice. Rating method: Service I would give 3 star and food 5 star, so I averaged at 4 star. We have only had the pizza, but from my experience, all things considered, I would definitely come back again. Pizza was fantastic. And when it comes down to it, thats all that really matters!

I read the reviews and decided this would be a great place for lunch. Unfortunately, I personally did not think this pizza was good. I had it delivered, and when it got to me it wasn't even warm and truthfully I don't think the pepperoni was even cooked. The garlic knots were good, but again not even warm. Just room temperature. I paid $27 for two pieces of pizza, garlic knots and garlic bread. Which, I wouldn't have minded the price especially for delivery but again, wasn't even warm and I'm questioning even if the toppings were cooked with it. Super bummed because I thought I'd like this place.

Fan of OC's lasagna? Whelp, lemme tell you, i never thought id find a lasagna even CLOSE to OC's. Brooklyn's is now my #1 fave & has a significantly larger serving, and is half the price. Quality consistent as is the cust svc.

I was on a road trip, stopped for the night at a nearby hotel & took a chance on Brooklyn Pizza Co. place an order to be delivered- - excellent decision! person who took my (phone) order was pleasant & very helpful. (I live out of state & knew nothing about this restaurant before tonight.) Our pizza arrived within the promised time. delivery driver was also pleasant & friendly. pizza was delicious! excellent crust & fresh toppings. If I lived anywhere nearby, I'd quickly become "a regular".

Making pizza is an art. Nothing beats NJ/NY pizza but if you want something close, this is the place in NC

Really enjoyed the food, but gosh the service was SO SLOW. Really any time you asked for something,…read moreyou should expect a 10 minute wait at least. Asked for the full wine menu to be brought over: never arrived, ordered waters: 20 minute wait (first, only brought the sparkling water for my fiancé and then I had to wait another 10 for my own water), ordered a bottle of wine: 10 minute wait. The only thing that came fast was the food which was great, but that was only ordered after waiting probably 30 minutes at the table already. We weren't really checked on while eating, and I want to say it took 20 minutes for the waiter to come over for us to request our check after finishing (+ another 10 waiting for him to actually bring it over). I get it was a Saturday, but we ended up spending over 2 hours at the restaurant

We had an absolutely amazing experience here!…read more We went on a belated Valentines date the Monday after, they still had their V-day specials available and our waitress, Ella, was so kind and well-informed! She told us about all of the specials and gave us suggestions to help us select our meal, honestly her personality alone made us want to come back but the food sealed the deal. We started with the Filet Tartine which absolutely blew us away, then shared the beef Wellington and the brussells, this was our first time having a Wellington and on top of being delicious the tableside service was outstanding! The side of brussells were the star for sure, with pancetta and apricot, savory but sweet. So amazing. We also shared a few drinks throughout the meal, the tiramisu martini, the lemon meringue, gardens of Augustus, and the10 year tawny, everything was amazing, though we're definitely coming back for the tiramisu martinis! And finally, don't get me started on the view, the large windows face out over the river and look out to the battleship, we got there right as the sun was setting and added to the romance of it all. Overall we had the best Valentines anniversary of 4 years thanks the Ella and her team at Sugo, Thanks!

Real Italian. Best restaurant bread in town. Best tomato sauces in town. Courteous,…read morewell-mannered servers. Beautiful ambiance - encourages relaxation. I've been eating here regularly for 15 or 20 years.

The staff were okay, but unfortunately the food really missed the mark this time…read more All of our pasta was overcooked, to the point where the noodles were falling apart and almost shredded. My vodka sauce (and one of my friend's as well) was only lukewarm and very thin, more like a watery tomato soup than a sauce. Oddly, the noodles themselves were extremely hot, but so soft that it was hard to even pick them up without them breaking apart. My husband ordered a baked ziti, and his dish was even worse, the noodles were completely overdone and lacked any structure. You could not stir the cheese in without the noodles shredding. When we brought this up, the staff seemed a bit confused, so we showed them how easily the noodles were falling apart. Instead of being apologetic or acknowledging the issue, the response felt more like, "Okay, so what do you want?" which came across as a bit abrasive and dismissive. They did still charge us for our appetizer and drinks (one cocktail and a soda), which felt a bit off given the situation. It wasn't necessarily about the cost, but more about the lack of effort to make things right, it just didn't feel like there was much care in how the situation was handled. We've had better experiences on Resy before, so this visit was disappointing. Atmosphere was ok. Temp was fine.

The bread was good. The dessert menu extensive and tempting. we did the right thing and had dessert before dinner, the cannoli cake yummy. We all left with enough food for another meal. Staff is amazing, warm, welcoming and professional. The ambiance was nice and the music was on point for our dinning experience. The place is pretty basic, not much atmosphere. I don't recall any music in the background. I was pasta carbonara and read on facebook that this place makes an authentic dish. It was good but what I've eaten in Rome Italy is so much better. My Caesar salad was a nice portion with a thick and creamy dressing. My husband had the meatball sub. He really liked it. And it was a big portion. The garlic knots were delicious. I'm glad we finally got to try this place but it's not on the top of our best Italian restaurants in the area.
