When we wanted pizza during quarantine, but our go-to was temporarily closed, we went on UberEats looking for alternatives and decided to try Brooklyn Pizza. They have a lot of good toppings, and tons of tasty flavor options. The sauce is delicious and fresh-tasting, and not pasty at all. The mama's meatball and the veg out were both tasty, and so was a plain-old pepperoni. My only complaint is that while the crust has a good flavor, but not a ton of structural integrity, so toppings-heavy pizzas are prone to falling apart. My husband has had the calzone a couple of times and vouches for it. We've also liked the Caesar salad and the lemon cake. They also have a lot of sandwiches and pasta options, but we haven't tried those yet. It turns out they have their own delivery as well! Pizza was delicious but they got my order wrong. Rick took my order and I asked for the 10 piece chicken wings in mild sauce. My order arrived and I had 6 piece chicken tenders. I called to let them know and Spenser answered and pulled up my ticket. It was rung up for chicken tenders but I'm 100% sure I ordered wings because I've been craving buffalo wings for days. I'm not too upset because I was charged the price for the tenders and not the wings (about $5 difference). The pizza wasn't anything special. I think the difference was that this time I had a meat pizza and their meat is very sub par. The meatballs were mushy and flavorless, and the sausage wasn't your typical tasty, spicy Italian sausage, but instead limp slices of gyro like meat. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went and ate in Brooklyn's a couple weeks ago and they had the absolute best mozzarella sticks we have ever had. So tonight we ordered them for delivery, along with 2 pizzas. When we received our food, the mozzarella sticks were awful. First of all there was only 5, not 6 as listed, and one of the sticks were completely empty. On top of that they were burnt, practically inedible. I am in love with Brooklyn Pizza. I am on a low carb diet and have missed pizza. I sometimes have some alternatives, but nothing has come close to the gluten free cauliflower pizza crust that I can order here. It tastes like regular pizza crust! It is SO good. It is only available in 10 inch size and they sometimes run out of them, so keep those things in mind. I have also had the buffalo wings, antipasto salad, and the zucchini rolls (they're stuffed with ricotta and baked with red sauce). EVERYTHING has been amazing. I love the buffalo sauce and the crunchiness of the wings. The salad is huge and has large chunks of tomatoes, artichokes, lunch meat and more. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and very modern looking. They have been quite busy on my recent visits. Service has been great as well on my visits. I really love Brooklyn Pizza and with my restrictive diet and the joy I get from my visits, it is now in the regular rotation. We have ordered from this location before but this time was honestly atrocious. We ordered a Bronx bomber, 20 wings, and a vegan pizza. The Bronx bomber was just okay. We got medium and bbq wings which were so soggy I had to put them in my air fryer. The vegan pizza was just a veggie pizza with no cheese and it was so soggy my friends could not pick it up. We even attempted to put it in the oven and even that didn't help. That was all $70. Next up, have y'all ever heard of the pizza guy coming in your house and then NOT leaving? First of all, we are in the middle of a pandemic. He asked me if I had anywhere to put the pizza and then proceeded to enter my home.
