The food is absolutely something to rave about. I honestly wanted to order one of everything on the menu. The garlic bread may sound like a simple starter, but it's anything but ordinary. The salmoriglio, roasted garlic, fresh parmesan, and crisp texture come together to create something that's incredibly satisfying. They were cooked perfectly and served over a creamy herbed risotto with romanesco and piquillo peppers. Everything fit together beautifully and tasted every bit as good as it looked. I cleaned the plate as best as I could. To finish the evening, I enjoyed a shot of espresso and a scoop of gelato--a fitting way to end an Italian meal. It's easy to see why Olivia stays consistently busy. Between the exceptional service, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and outstanding food, they've built something special.
