After checking with them several times and them not doing anything on the car, I asked if it would be better to take the car elsewhere since they were not getting to our car. That said "That would be great and that would really help us out. What kind of repair service would be happy if you took your car someplace else. So you keep the car 2 weeks and you can not go look at it for another week to determine if you can fix it and do nothing, not the kind of place I would take my car or recommend anyone else that there car.
