I had decided that I wanted a Kia Telluride, and test drove one at a Carmel Kia dealership. However, I was told the price would be $5500.00 over MSRP. I also didn't care for the high pressure sales tactics at that dealership. So I left, and logged in to the Costco auto program to find another dealership. Five minutes later I found Kia of Muncie on the Costco auto site. I submitted a request and just a few minutes later I received an email from Lucas Boehm. We exchanged a few emails, and then after one short phone conversation I had ordered my 2021 Kia Telluride. I can't recommend Lucas highly enough! He promptly responded to each of my emails, and emailed me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the financing process was simple and straightforward. I feel that I was given a very fair price on the vehicle I traded in. In the two weeks since I purchased my Telluride I have been contacted a few times to make sure everything was going well and to ask if I had any questions. I paid $6,600 less for my Telluride at Kia of Muncie than I would have paid for the same vehicle at the Kia dealership that is practically in my back yard. No joke. I do not take negative ratings lightly but I'm dismayed at this Jiffy Lube's handling of my…read moresister's car. What should have been routine brake pad changing ended up with my sister losing function of her brakes completely the next day from a caliper coming off and therefor the brake fluid bleeding. She was towed by a nice person back to the store and the tow driver asked for JL to pay for the tow as it was apparent it was their fault. They complied. The mechanic showed my sister her caliper and instead of taking any responsibility, stated it "unalived itself". They proceeded with repairs, didn't charge labor but did charge for parts. Upon settling the bill, they put the towing fee back to her! It's such an icky thing, to take advantage of someone in that way. You think this is where the story ends but alas! The brake light came on on the way home. Took it BACK in, they checked, topped off with fluid, and sent her on her way. Their demeanor was apologetic but not enough to REFUND this botched work. Brake light comes BACK on. At this point my sweet sister goes to a trusted mechanic who discovers her brake lines have air in them. I could share more but mostly I want it to be known that the treatment of my sister was unprofessional and disappointing and the mechanic doesn't seem to be very learned in the trade of mechanics. I'm so grateful losing her brakes didn't result in injury or loss of life, but the severity could have been huge.

The price here was similar to my usual spot, but Jiffy Lube also seems to always have coupons on their website for $10-15 off! The staff were respectful and quick. They did offer me "upgrades" to my oil change, but did not present it in a way that I felt obligated to say yes. It was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming again.
