This under amour outlet has a decent selection and there's always a deal to be found...you just have to find it. In case you didn't know typical companies make clothes specifically for outlet stores. The price ranges will vary but the clearance section that typically has the best deals is hit or miss. If you don't care about getting a particular style then you'll find some really good deal. The customer service has been alright any time I've been in the store. They've added sanitizer dispensers at the entrance of the store which is nice to have. Overall if you like UA you'll probably find something you'll like/wear. read more

Love stopping by Under Armour in Gilroy whenever I need some new workout or hiking clothes. Often times, they have good discounts, some up to 30-50% off depending on the time of the year you go. Only downsides to this store is that it is very small. The men and women's clothing sections are both small and there isn't that good of a selection. However the prices are excellent which is what makes me want to keep returning to the store. I can always usually find something I like every time I shop. I haven't really ever interacted with the staff other than to check out and pay, so I cannot comment on the level of customer service in the store. read more

I arrived there and a 20-something female asked if I needed something. When I answered, she gave a flick of her finger and with attitude over there. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, I was about to leave and not buy anything (1 star). One of the guys came up to me and asked with interest if I found what I was looking for. No. I wanted the 9" BoxerJocks and the store only carries the 6". . Fortunately, he gave me the low down about getting ordered and expedited shipping. +2 stars. I went there because I bought on the UA site and the asshole support people wouldn't expedite my shipment. So if I decide to ever buy UA again, it will be through the outlet store and one of the guys. read more

Worst customer service! I went to return my clothes that didn't work out for me and they were not happy doing a return! First of all, you are allowed to return within 60 days with receipts! Why the would it matter where I bought it from! The receipt showed what store anyways! The girl that was not doing my return had a crappy look on her face. You should retrain your employees to be better at servicing your customers regardless buying or returning!! Customers don't need to be treated like this! read more

Who doesn't love Under Armour.....Certainly not me!!! On the memorial weekend we found some exciting deals on gym bag, hats, capri and sweatshirt. They were anywhere from 10-30% off and I really liked that they selection wasn't scanty. Very nice and helpful staff. read more

Wish I knew how small this store was before I drove all the way from San Jose. I thought UA was trying to compete with Nike. This store can't compare to the Nike outlet. The shoe selection is tiny and there were only a few boxes size 13 and larger. They had some nice shirts but again, small selection. read more

I always check the UA outlet before I order online - they have especially good deals on t's, hats, headbands and socks for women. Lacking in the capri and pant selection, but just visit UA online to order those. The staff is kind and helpful. Great brand, good outlet. read more

Place was packed on the 4th of July, but I was asked about 4 times if I needed assistance. Footwear specialist Kevin went out of his way and checked twice for some items in the back stockroom for me and helped me locate some items.
