Bought a coachman 5th wheel from Meyer's in Mount Morris , PA. Well surprise, had our RV for several months and have not been able to take it on its first shake out stay until recently. We expected some issues. The issues were not the problem the response from the service department and the GM of the store was the issue. Had major issues with the heat pumps maintaining temp in the unit. The temperature differential between interior and the temperature from the supply was less than 5 degrees in the main unit and less than 10 degrees in the bedroom unit. The refrigerator would only maintain 45 degrees at the lowest possible setting and the entry door latch was sticking. We contacted the service department on Monday morning first thing with our issues. By Monday at close of business we had received no response, we even called again left a message main office before 5 PM. Waited until Tuesday afternoon with no response. Contacted the office again asked to speak to GM. By close of business on Tuesday we again have received no response. We are not looking for a solution for our issues but recognition of our issues and we are working on it would be expected in 48 hrs on Warranty Work. They did not hesitate to call us when we were looking to purchase, even when asked not to do so. I find it frustrating that we went to a small chain looking for better service than the big box store. Even accepted less on trade in than offered by big box, but in the end the service and responsiveness is the same. Buyer be aware.

Upon our complaint with the BBB we started receiving more nasty text messages from Brandon and Heather at RV Leaders. These people are beyond unprofessional and are liars and scammers. They fired the entire service department the same week we purchased our camper because Heather the Sales Manager felt the Service Manager wanted her.

I STRONGLY advise anyone to never buy coachman or maybe just avoid campers inn all together. I have had a problem with it every single time I have camped except 1 time. Broken thermostat, FOUR leaks, then campers inn decided to winterize the camper for me free of charge and then left the lines filled with water to test my leaks Needless to say, all of the lines blew and it cracked the toilet and hot water heater. They did not get me in to fix the problem for weeks and the availability wad horrible. Now this time my living room slideout is broken. Every time I have the camper in to be fixed, it comes back with a new problem. I realize this is also a coachman problem and already spoke with the lead sales rep for coachman apex ultra lite and he said people are willing to pay a ridiculous price even though the quality sucks. Campers inn also did not compensate me in any other fashion for their mistake and lack of customer service. They are a continuous revolving door of employees and every other month you call in to check on the status of the slow maintenance and you talk to a new employee. A complete failure. Don't ever buy a camper from them. The GM did nothing to help accommodate the situation either. Stay away from them.

I have to say I almost backed out of the transaction when I saw the yelp reviews for the Elwood City location where I had to take the camper for inspection, but I had a chat with Andrea Chandler who got me comfortable with the process and it ended up working exactly as she promised. Once we agreed on a price we drove to the dealership and they had the camper all set up for us. The guy that did the walk-through was very knowledgeable about the camper. He answered all the questions and even more that we had. I must say the parts and service department is what makes this dealership amazing. I had a part that needed replaced so I called them and they were able to squeeze me in since we were driving past them to go to a campground. We arrived and they evaluated the problem within 20 minutes it was replaced and we are on our way. Definitely recommend east coast RV specialist!!

I live in Michigan so rather than wait 2 weeks to have the engine replaced I traded it in for a new truck. I needed to have the new truck set up for a 5th wheel hitch. The dealer that I bought the truck recommended east coast rv to have it installed. I told them over the phone what I had and what I needed and the said they would get the parts and install it the next day. the next day i dropped it off and they installed it. I was expecting the same type of setup I had in my old truck. They put something in totally different and a lot more expensive. It raised my hitch about 3" higher and now my camper does not ride level. I believe they took advantage of my situation too get as much money as they could from me. I do not recommend them because They seem to make profit a priority over customer satisfaction.
