January 21, 12:21 PM: Kelly contacted me with an offer to sell the RV. I declined explicitly in writing, stating I wanted to keep it and would be picking it up as scheduled. January 21, 12:52 PM: Kelly informed me he had already taken a deposit -- 31 minutes after I refused the sale in writing. January 22: On the day of my confirmed pickup, Kelly emailed me to say the RV had already been sold and delivered. Multiple attorneys I consulted confirmed that while their conduct may have been within the technical terms of the contract, it showed complete disregard for my clearly stated wishes as the owner. They prioritized their commission over my rights at every decision point. I ultimately had no practical choice but to accept the sale, as litigation would have been costly and uncertain. I'm posting this so others know what to expect. This is not a state requirement by law. see attached,, We have called numberous agency,, Notaries, PAA and PRVCA and other business that sell truck camper and RV, all state "A slide in truck camper in PA needs no title due to it being considered cargo or an accessory, " The MOS or bill of sale is all that is needed for proof of sale. They make you pay fees and other moneys in hundreds of dollars that is not needed. We brough this to there attention,, they could not show us proof of this supposedly PA required state Law they state, Just alot of yelling and acussing other businesses of fraud. They are also titling them as a trailer, which they are not no axels or wheels. Walk away fast and dont look back...... I STRONGLY advise anyone to never buy coachman or maybe just avoid campers inn all together. I have had a problem with it every single time I have camped except 1 time. Broken thermostat, FOUR leaks, then campers inn decided to winterize the camper for me free of charge and then left the lines filled with water to test my leaks Needless to say, all of the lines blew and it cracked the toilet and hot water heater. They did not get me in to fix the problem for weeks and the availability wad horrible. Now this time my living room slideout is broken. Every time I have the camper in to be fixed, it comes back with a new problem. I realize this is also a coachman problem and already spoke with the lead sales rep for coachman apex ultra lite and he said people are willing to pay a ridiculous price even though the quality sucks. Campers inn also did not compensate me in any other fashion for their mistake and lack of customer service. They are a continuous revolving door of employees and every other month you call in to check on the status of the slow maintenance and you talk to a new employee. A complete failure. Don't ever buy a camper from them. The GM did nothing to help accommodate the situation either. Stay away from them.

I live in Michigan so rather than wait 2 weeks to have the engine replaced I traded it in for a new truck. I needed to have the new truck set up for a 5th wheel hitch. The dealer that I bought the truck recommended east coast rv to have it installed. I told them over the phone what I had and what I needed and the said they would get the parts and install it the next day. the next day i dropped it off and they installed it. I was expecting the same type of setup I had in my old truck. They put something in totally different and a lot more expensive. It raised my hitch about 3" higher and now my camper does not ride level. I believe they took advantage of my situation too get as much money as they could from me. I do not recommend them because They seem to make profit a priority over customer satisfaction.

When I arrived, I was impressed with the number of RVs waiting in his lot for attention. My Vanlife Tech Siesta system (Bend, OR - FAR away!) would not fire up. Greg was not familiar with it, and several calls to my van outfitter were not returned. Greg was tenacious in his research and attentive to my descriptions and concurrent research. It took until after-hours, but I have lovely heat and hot water again. Greg said, "Give me enough time and I can fix anything." TRUE STORY!
