Bob and his son quickly assessed that our issue is not with the pump itself but rather the electrical connection. They problem solved this tirelessly and were able to remove a box from one outside plug and reinstalled this allowing the pump to work. Although not a permanent solution, this certainly has bought us time and is considerably cheaper than getting a new pump. They worked on site for approximately an hour. The charge? Nothing.
