On the day we picked him up, I messaged her to let her know when we would arrive to pick up Snapdragon, and the account responded with Diamond Oaks Ranch's contact information. A few days later, she contacted me asking, "how is the pup," requested pictures of him, and described him as "a very sweet pup." I am disappointed that rather than acknowledging our experience, the response has been to deny that we purchased our dog from them at all. I am posting the contemporaneous messages so prospective buyers can see the documentation and draw their own conclusions.

It was a huge blessing, considering we wouldn't be able to drive down for one before our wedding. In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. She was easy to work with when it came to the dogs' specific schedule and instructions, and she was very open and flexible to our needs when it came to pick-up and drop-off. We trusted her so much that we even extended their stay by one day! She was fantastic and we are so glad we know who to go to again for future dog boarding needs.

I didn't make a second trip to Merle's house. I was never presented with a bill of sale or additional paperwork. My experience was nearly 10 years ago. She may have changed her ways - but it's not my job to follow up on that. I'm not going to be lied on by a professional. That's what my re-up is about.
