    Briarcliff has always been our pet care provider when we need to board our animals. They provide grooming service as well.

After a very brief appointment -- approximately five minutes -- during which Compound W was applied to treat a wart, our insurance was billed and paid the adjusted charges. We were then charged additional out-of-pocket fees on top of that. At the office's direction, we contacted their billing department to dispute the remaining balance due to the minimal nature of the treatment provided. Unfortunately, the charges were not adjusted. We understand healthcare has costs, and we respect medical professionals' time and expertise. However, we believe billing should be reasonable and proportionate to the services rendered. Because of this experience, we've decided to seek care elsewhere. We're sharing this so other families can be informed and ask detailed questions about treatment and billing upfront.

I am not fond of any of the other doctors there, but it's been a good, comfortable place for my kid. But now, to be able to continue to receive the same service I have been getting and expecting for my family, I have to pay an administrative fee of $150-$250 a year (depending on the number of kids that you have). See the attached photo straight from their check-in portal. Otherwise they will charge you for every non-medical service that isn't covered by insurance - such as a call from your doctor about lab results, a vaccination record for your child or a medication refill over the phone. I am shocked and utterly horrified. It's bad enough that our insurance companies rip us off left and right with high premiums, deductibles, and copays, but now my provider is charging administrative fees!?!?? Their excuse - the insurance companies don't compensate us enough so we need the patients to cough it up. Food, housing, clothing, medicine costs have all increased and people are barely making ends meet these days. Incomes have not increased, but the cost of living has. And now, my pediatricians office wants to make more money by charging for simple things that should be included in the overall care my child receives. Sure, I can opt-out...but then what are you going to charge me for? What non-medical charges will I now expect to see on my bill? I called for a refill...how much do you charge for that? I asked for a note for my child's school....how much do you charge for that? These are not things that should ever be something a parent worries about. We have enough worries about our children and putting food on the table. Now I have to have anxiety about more mystery charges appearing on a bill? There was no prior warning about this...no emails that went out to parents and patients, no update on the website...this appeared as I was trying to do a check for my child for their appointment. There is minimal transparency about what you are charging for these non-medical services. I want no part of being at a place that does something like this. I will need to find a new office now...this is so unethical. How many more patients do you think you will lose because of this? I have never been at an office that has ever done this. What are you going to start charging for next??? How sad...customer care and service is now a money making business at Mia Bella Pediatrics.

I was heartbroken and was looking for a place to bring my special boy to be cremated because I couldn't bear burying him in my backyard. With just a phone call, I was able to bring my boy down to this clinic and have an employee meet me outside to take him and help with starting the process of cremation. I felt so loved and cared for by every employee I came in contact with. I couldn't keep myself from crying, and they helped me through every step of the process. They let me take a moment in the bathroom to collect myself, they offered to trim some hair and put it in a special bottle for me, and even took rainbow stamps of his nose and feet on a piece of paper for me to have a piece of him with me since I wouldn't get his cremation box and paw prints back for a few days. They also let me come into the back and say my last goodbyes, taking as long as I needed. They told me how pretty he was and how they could tell he was a special boy to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for such a terrible situation. I walked out of there feeling so comfortable knowing they were taking care of him and making sure he would make it back home to me just as I wanted. I just went back today and received his cremation box along with other little things they added into the bag to make it special (a bag of forget me not seeds, little tissues, and flyers and a postcard with helpful heartfelt messages). I truly appreciate the love they put into caring for a pet that has passed on. Thank you to every employee that helped me that day, especially the front desk woman, and thank you for being so caring. I can't express my appreciation enough.

    Dr Ross is nothing short of amazing! When my 13 year old American Bulldog first saw him she was…read morestruggling physically and barely mobile. She needed help getting up and struggled to get around on her own. He started her on acupuncture, supplements, added certain foods to her diet, and gave me some physical therapy instructions for home. After her first appointment, she got off the couch to greet me when I got home! It had been weeks since she last did that. She was able to walk around much better and has continued to improve with each visit. Dr Ross started her with weekly acupuncture and has since moved to every other week because of the progress she has made. She is now able to go down the stairs (practically on her own), gets up on her own, goes potty outside by herself, and walks around the house on her own. Dr Ross has such a calming and kind demeanor. I wish we had found him sooner! He really has our baby girl's best interest in mind. He isn't trying to make a buck by selling us supplements we don't need. He actually advised that we could give her human supplements to save money. Their check in process is great because it is less stressful for our fur babies. You call from your car and they will come out and get you so that you won't run into any other patients on your way in or out. They also run an Urgent Care clinic some evenings which makes it convenient for refilling prescriptions Thank you Dr Ross and clinic staff for the amazing service!

    I found Yvanna through social media. Her pics and decor looked amazing. I booked an appointment and…read moreshe seemed super on point and well organized. I decided to book with her for my wedding. We coordinated for about a year and things seemed to go smooth. She seemed to capture my vision. She is very well versed. However, things went down hill towards the end. the closer we got to my wedding , her response time was not the best. I found myself anxious and unsure when I asked for updates. My portal was never updated on the additions I made. Her attention to detail is not what she tries to sell. The day of the wedding came and my bouquet was NOT what I had sent her. It didn't even incorporate my wedding color. My bridesmaids bouquets looked wilted. The men's boutonnières had some ugly ribbon that I asked to be removed. I never decided on that look. Plus after requesting additional ones, they were not added so some of the bridal party did not have boutonnières. The coordination was horrible at the reception. I completely put my money and my wishes in her hands for my most special day only to have to be looking for her half the time. I had to call her at one point cuz she was no where in sight. Even after arriving early after pictures The grand entrance started late. She didn't have my bridal parties names after she had asked for all that info and was provided on her website. She had to write it down the day of for the MC. The late start was due to the band not being able to connect their sound but we had a dj also who was ready so I don't know why the delay even happened tbh. That pushed us back almost an hour. The food was served late. Her food tasting did not match the food the day of the wedding. Although cooked on site I had guests later tell me their food was cold, the beef had too much fat, the waiters were rude. My vendors kept asking me and other guests for food constantly because they were not served! Even after guests had eaten. All the important wedding events like bouquet / garter toss, cake cutting, dollar dance were super late I had little to no guests left I had to constantly tell her I wanted to do them already. Everything that I purchased separately i labeled where it went and what it was for to make it easier for her and placed in a container for her and her team to either do or put out and was explained beforehand. I was told it would get done but it didn't. My table decor was not what I asked for. I had asked for hurricane vase candles and they were not put. So I'm not sure why I paid what I paid for candles ? The ones she put out were from the dollar tree because I've seen them there. I had a backdrop I asked her to put up. It was left in the box and not put up. Then my box was taken. My memory wall was not decorated how I envisioned. The candles I bought were not placed with the pictures it was literally a naked wall w pics smh. My bouquet was given to her at the wedding, after handing it to her and telling her I wanted to preserve it still and her assuring me she would put it in water only to later find out she handed it to an assistant and She ended up taking it to her warehouse and I got it back 4 days after the wedding of course in horrible condition. It couldn't be salvaged anymore. My party favors were never placed on tables even after the sun had gone down. My cake was not cut and passed out. No one got cake!!! I didn't let it ruin my night but I wish I would have read some of the negative comments on here first because her coordination is terrible. Sure her decor is nice but also didn't meet my expectations and what was asked / told would be delivered. I had many guests later reach out to me with negative comments on the coordination part and that they had to actually go look for her as well to try and help out because they didn't want to bother me or my groom during the wedding event. Apparently other guests had requests or concerns and I didn't know until after the wedding. Super embarrassing to hear. Nice girl but shouldn't offer what she can't deliver. Maybe it was too much on her plate and she needs some extra assistance. I suggest she gets more help if she can't do it all. Not worth my money IMO.

Everything was just breathtaking, the decorations, the chairs, the umbrellas, the glassware, but most of all the floral arrangements! Yvanna has a great imagination and creativity she is the nicest person you will ever meet and will look out for your needs. What I loved about her the most is that she was honest about what you need and don't need for your special event. Thank you so much for making my special day an unforgettable moment!
