My service advisor saw the big ole chip on the front windshield. Gave me the business card for SuperGlass. They highly recommend SuperGlass. The dealership does business with them quite often on a lot of the cars. I trust my service advisor's rec and trust that the dealership does good business with this company so I took a chance. Texted Mike. Got a response right away. Walked me through the steps of what I should tell my insurance company to get them to send the referral to SuperGlass. The process was quick and easy with Mike's help. Mike was responsive, honest, and communicative. Monday morning he texts me back and says, they've received the referral and that the glass has been ordered. Midweek, Veronica texts me and says that the glass should arrive by the end of the week, maybe Friday. Can we schedule for end of week. I said absolutely! We scheduled something for the following week on a Thursday. They were able to come to my job. Veronica had kept me updated throughout the whole process through and through with the technician who was coming to install my windshield. His name is Darius. She told me he would arrive between 10AM-1PM at my job. He was there by 11AM. Called me to let me know that he was on his way and his ETA. Did what he had to do. Glass was replaced. Looks great! Told me that the tech, Doug who calibrates the car, will call me as soon as he heads over as he's leaving another job. Surely enough, Doug calls me. Lets me know his ETA and comes in, grabs my keys, gets to working on calibrating my car. All questions answered and felt like they took care of my car so well. Super pleased at this point. Impressed with the service, the easiness of going through my insurance company w/this company has been easy and such a breeze. On my way home, I noticed that the windshield had some deep scratches on the windshield. I reached out to them the next day, Friday. Let Veronica know I had noticed some deep scratches on the windshield. She asked me to send pictures and told me that she would have a tech reach out to me to coordinate a time and location that he can meet me so he can buff it out for me. Eric and I settled for Saturday. He was running behind, but kept in contact with me through the day to let me know his ETA. Not a problem for me considering he was coming to my place of residence. We did exchange text messages and phone calls, I did let him know that I saw a few scratches, he said no problem, has he'd do his very best to make sure it's as least noticeable as possible. That. day he comes, works on it for about an hour and it looks amazing! Brand new! Not only until after he left did I see the other scratch that I couldn't find when he was there. Texted him immediately, didn't expect him to come back. It's a Saturday, he may have other jobs to go to. So I told him, I'd reach out to Veronica on Monday. Which I did. Explained everything to her. She was more than understanding, since Eric was going to be in the area, she told me he'd reach out to me and see if he can swing by and take a look and buff it out. He again, called me, we agreed for him to come over and it took him literally 30-45 mins and he was done. The deep scratch is gone, like it never happened. I cannot recommend this business enough! The whole team made it quick, easy, and smooth. I didn't have to worry not one bit about my car. Not worrying if they're going to do a good job. If they're going to meet expectations. It's one thing to review a good or bad experience on workmanship, price, professionalism, and…read morequality of their tint product/warranty, but it's entirely something else when the ONLY business in town refuses to give a tint quote over the phone. What a bad sign that is. I understand stripping old tint off would be a concern and time involved would be a variable, so I asked what he SHOULD know, how much time to install his new tint on 3 windows? He refused to answer that simple question, when 95% of the rest of the tint companies were eager to throw me a quote over the phone. "I got to see it" doesn't fly. He could have talked about the products he uses, how fast his turn around time is, or explain why he wants me to come in person, but he's not a businessman to know these are basic things you "sell" to a customer to earn their business. It's Palm Bay after all, look where he chose to live! I have 4 clean cars, and glass is glass. If he knew anything about cars, he'd understand this glass on this car is relatively flat, making it easy to apply. He doesn't know how to heat up areas to get wrinkles out? Maybe he should do flat glass on residential homes and give up working on cars, since most cars do have curved glass. He must only do Cyber trucks? A child could be taught to apply film, but this isn't Pakistan. The conclusion a customer will make is easy to predict; this shop is afraid of it's own prices. His sales tactics simply waste you time. He hopes after you drive there you don't drive away to keep looking. He tone of voice was not at all inviting either. It NEVER works out when friction starts right from the initial phone call, it's a bad sign. Consider this fact, 12 other tint companies are in town who do give phone quotes. Words mean things - the all said that it's a "rough estimate" or "here is the range" they can hold to, as long as "good condition" was accurate. This is Palm Bay, people have very poor business skills BUT by far, this the worst business minded individual I've been in contact with - besides Wal-Mart and drive up fast food employees who hate minimum wage. 156 ratings in 10 years is pretty poor. Another red flag. If he was making customers happy, he'd get 156 ratings a year. It's not the 5 stars, it's the number of happy customers who take the time to give a review, in this case a bad one well deserved. I told him I'd continue looking for businesses willing to give a phone quote and he was fast to hang up when a real businessman wouldn't have acted like a hot head but evaluated his poor practices and made an exception, by continuing to communicate. If he can't communicate, how would he ever handle a problem? You can see how he handles problems in his reviews. Do not go to the Darkside! His business name fits.

In order for the hardtop to retract, a microswitch needs to be engaged by a "trunk partition" which allows space for the hardtop to fold in the trunk. After they "fixed" my car, I immediately noticed the hardtop no longer retracted because the "trunk partition" was not engaged according to the error message on my dashboard. They denied causing this problem and would not even take a critical look at the trunk partition mechanism. They referred me to the car dealership and I was on my own. The car dealer wanted $300 just to diagnose the problem, and I had no guarantee Classic Collision would foot the bill. I subsequently took the car to my trusted mechanic and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in five minutes. Turns out, when the Classic Collision tech removed the tail light assembly, he also unplugged the "Trunk partition" sensor microswitch cable (which is immediately adjacent to the tail light assembly) and never plugged it back in again. When I pointed this out, both the service rep. and the manager continued to deny responsibility for the mishap and became rude and threatening. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP for your auto repairs as they are dishonest, nasty and will not even own up to their mistakes.

It would come back with water drip marks on the doors, and trim on the floor. It's almost like a ghost tinted the car. They didn't even adjust the seat. But the most impressive thing about this trip.
