WHO GIVES A LOW HIGH ESTIMATE THAT FAR APART??? We declined to have the work done, paid our bill and went to start it to take it home, I have NEVER HEARD AN ENGINE CRANK LIKE THAT!!! They did not put something back together right!!! It would not start at all, so no we have to have it towed. I would not even recommend the service depart there to do even an oil change, I'd be afraid to!!!

When I picked my truck up after hours I noticed right away that my brakes were not right. It felt loose like it had air in the lines but I knew it wasn't that because I wouldn't be able to stop my truck. I couldn't call that day since it was after hours so I called the next day and spoke with a service rep. She explained that it might be a break booster which GMC has a recall on and I should bring the truck in right away. I scheduled it for Thursday and drop it off that day. When they called me hours later they told me it was the vacuum pump and it would cost me an additional 400.00 because the warranty ran out. I said no thanks and said since you 20 plus years service guys inspected my truck did they test drove it? Manager replied yes they did and I said why didn't they pick up on the break situation. No reply from the manager. I picked up my truck again after hours and I immediately notice my breaks felt different. It was much tighter. Makes me wonder what scam are they trying to pull over me.

He really helped me out on my Ford Focus battery not working, the car kept needing a jump start. he determined it was a bad alternator, he called me with the estimate, to see if I wanted it fixed. Since it was a newer car I called the dealer to see if warranty covered repair, I was told no, and out of curiosity I got a quote, the dealer was more about selling up than just answering me. The quote was $375 higher and not a lifetime warranty on the part. He really saved me a lot of money on the repair! I highly recommend giving him a call especially on Fords. I take my Focus to him for all maintenance issues.

I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.
