This cause my mass air flow sensor to go out. My vehicle needed towed to the garage. Per the Valvoline policy, you're to reach out to them should repairs need completEd as a result of their work. I called the Mt Joy Valvoline where I had the oil change, no managers were available and the district manager didn't answer her phone, a voicemail was left. After several hours I needed to give the garage authorization for repair. I had already missed work and needed a vehicle so I have to go ahead for repair. After 24 hours of not receiving a call back from the district manager, I called again and left yet another message. I reached out to the shop and finally got in touch with the assistant manager. He informed me that this was above him and that he'd reach out to the higher ups. A full 24 hours went by again with no response. I AGAIN, called Valvoline and spoke to the assistant manager who finally put me in touch with the fill in district manager. They refused to refund me the cost of the repair because "I authorized repair without Valvoline's consent." When I explained that I attempted to notify Valvoline but no managers were available to consent for repair. He became very rude and told me I didn't take responsibility and call customer care or look on the website for further assistance. I'm not sure why as the customer it's my responsibility to do all this work. Needless to say, I won't be back and I do NOT recommend you go!
