I asked Brooks for a ball-park estimate on painting my house exterior, just so I would know about how much I should save. Instead, Corey came out to give me a real estimate, even though he knew it might be some time before I could hire anyone. His estimate was much lower than I expected, so we went ahead with it right away. He came back out for a color consultation, and Kristen kept everything on schedule with the pre-wash, etc. The house looks gorgeous! A neighbor told me I have a new house. I was very happy he did that, he was super nice. He said he wants his customer's to be happy and "that's" what his company stands for. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Brooks Painting. Both Jeremey and Shawn, who helped with the estimate and color selections, were great. After interviewing several painters, Brooks was by far the most professional. They are fully insured and provide you all of the information. I had full confidence if anything went wrong they would make it right. They were booked out about a month but other than that everything stayed on schedule. They provided paint samples to make sure we liked the paints we selected and then Jose the project manager came by a few days before the job to walk around and make sure he had everything he needed. They did the majority of our interior in just two days! I mentioned one spot where there was bleed through on the cabinetry and they made it perfect! I have used Brook's Painting Inc. several times over the years. when they completed the outside of my house one woman driving by stopped to ask who had done the work. A neighbor came down to get the colors (Jeremy's gift). I had to replace a rotting fence and Brook's Painting sealed it for me-Really pretty. I had Brooks Painting fix a small hole in the wall of my apartment. When I got the estimate, it seemed like it would be no problem, done in a few days. The first day they were supposed to start the work, the appointment was canceled with a few hours' notice. For the second appointment, they were 45 minutes late. For the final appointment, there was a "misunderstanding" about our agreed-upon appointment time, so they wound up coming an hour and a half after I was expecting them. When the work was finally complete, the texture matched the wall nicely but the paint color was completely wrong. I didn't want to ask them to repaint it, though - who knows how much more of my time would be wasted waiting for them to show up. On the upside, the person who did come out to do the work was very nice and was apologetic, to a degree, about how I kept getting bumped back in the queue in favor of bigger jobs. I think the ultimate problem was that mine was a small job, and thus not significant enough to get much of their attention. So, if you don't have a very large project for them, I suggest calling someone else who WILL be willing to give you the attention and service you deserve as a paying customer. read more

They also had to really work with our schedule and came in at late times and on the holidays to get the work done.
