My mom wanted to paint her house and we set up appointments to get quotes from 4 different companies. Steve provided my mom a bid with a list of everything that would be done, explained things to her and it was quick and simple. Other companies were a bit way too much for what my mom wanted to do, although nice to be aware of other options but it wasn't what she wanted and the quote was double to triple what Steve quoted. Steve was able to schedule out 3-4 weeks for our paint job, he called a couple days before to let us know when he'd be out. First day was power wash and walk through of what colors my mom wanted and where each color would go specifically. My mom is pretty agreeable to anything and she was going to let Steve decide but he told her "I want you to be happy with it." I appreciated that, shows he wanted his customer to be satisfied and not just get the job done. Steve's team did everything he said would be done, made sure to cover and mask off everything. I originally hired All Access Painting through Yelp's project request system for a complete exterior repaint of my home, including the trim and entry area. The business has a verified license and strong reviews, so I expected a professional, well-executed job. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, there were issues with preparation and masking -- several areas were not properly covered, leading to paint bleed, overspray, and uneven lines. The paint coverage was inconsistent, with visible thin spots and missed sections that had to be pointed out repeatedly. The company returned three separate times to fix problems, but each visit revealed new issues that still weren't fully resolved. Even after all the follow-ups, the final result remains substandard. There are areas with bubbling and poor adhesion that suggest improper surface prep, and overall the finish lacks uniformity. Communication was polite, but the repeated callbacks and the need to constantly monitor quality made the process frustrating and time-consuming. For the cost and time involved, I expected far better workmanship. While the team made efforts to correct problems, the job ultimately fell short of professional standards, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. read more

Steve and his crew were great. They were very punctual showing up Monday morning exactly when they told me they would and got to work as soon as they arrived. Steve and his crew immediately addressed any and all of my concerns throughout the two day process. They went as far as covering the car parked in the street and tried to cover my neighbor's car. My neighbor decided to move their car instead. Steve's team covered all parts of the house that were not being painted, they also covered the plants and the sidewalks around the house. The Friday before starting to paint Steve's crew power washed the stucco so the new paint had a clean surface to adhere to. At the end of the second day they cleaned up everything leaving my yard cleaner than it was to start with. The paint Steve used was top quality, not the contractor's grade. We recently had our house painted by Steve and his crew and we're very satisfied with their work. They were careful in taping and prepping, as well as covering the ground so there were no drips or splatter. The cleanup was good as well. We chose a white paint to cover a brown/tan paint, and tho they did an extra coat there are deep pockets in the stucco in some places that need more paint, which we are working on ourselves. All I can say is WOW! Steve at All Access Painting and his crew came through way better than I could have expected! I had a very large house that needed sanding, sealing and painting, and was in bad repair after 20 years since it was painted. I got estimates from around 10 different painting companies, and they ranged between $23,0000, and $35,0000, so that was the very high amount that I was trying to come to terms with having to pay to bring the house back to normal. The difference in price was so large with Steve at All Access Painting that instinctively I was worried that it was a low ball bid to get in the door, and then they would find a bunch of things that ended up being "extra", and I even had him come out a second time to go over everything again and make sure it was included and that there would be no surprises. Well, there wasn't any bad surprises but I was extremely surprised by the price, efficiency, and painting skill of the crew, 4 of which have been painting with Steve for 30 years! They all knew their job and worked like clockwork and painted this entire house, more than one coat, in 5 days! They did an absolute stupendous job, and these are the pictures. There was one other thing that he did that was above and beyond the call of duty, that helped us, and another place who had done work for us. Apparently he was just going to use long poles from the roof to paint the tallest parts of our house, but I had been having an enormous amount of trouble getting another company I had hired to come and finish running their cables in the tallest part of our house, and Steve decided to rent a lift, something that was NOT in their contract, in order to make it possible for the other place to come finish the cables, which helped them, me, and then he'd use the lift too, since that was easier than long poles. He didn't have to rent it. He decided to do it because it solved these two other problems. The other company was then able to get the work done for a chip in of $100 without renting the lift themselves for the normal $500 per day. WIN WIN! And my house looks BEAUTIFUL! I'm so happy with the quality of the work and the price we paid! I cannot describe effectively how incredibly happy I am that I found All Access Painting. I have them coming back very soon to do some indoor work as well. THANK YOU STEVE! He painted our house beautifully for less than $10,000. Guys came by and painted my kitchen cabinets and accent wall. They did a horrible job. The paint on my cabinets started to peel and flake off with a few months due to poor prep work. Dude even wanted to charge me Xtra for painting the other side of the cabinet doors.. all in all I would not recommend. All Access Painting did a wonderful job on our home, from start to finish. I highly recommend them. To begin with, the free estimate was done quickly, pleasantly, and very honestly. We walked around the house, and I pointed out everything that we wanted done. I received some practical suggestions based on their extensive experience, and a very fair price, in my opinion. We agreed upon a date during my follow-up phone call that was several weeks in advance, because they are pretty busy during the summer time. I can see why. When I asked how long the entire job would take, I was very surprised to hear Steve say it would take only two days. Amazingly, he was right! Steve explained very patiently everything that would happen, and even provided a checklist to help us prepare. On the first day, Steve and his crew arrived as promised around 6:30 AM to power wash the entire house. They were done within a few hours. On the next day, they again arrived around 6:30 AM and began by taping the entire house very carefully to prepare for spraying. They were very considerate about us going in and out of the house, and were very accepting of me talking to them throughout the entire process. Even though they were working very hard, and it got pretty hot that day, they were very polite and friendly the whole time. They put on two coats of very high quality paint, and then proceeded to do the trim. As they work their way around the house, I discovered that they had been working together for more than twenty years, so they really know what they're doing! By the time late afternoon rolled around, they were cleaning up and Steve did a walk-through with me. I confess that I was pretty picky, although Steve was extremely patient and fixed every little thing that I could find. About an hour later, they loaded up their equipment and finished in two days as promised! I felt that the cost was extremely reasonable, and our whole family was very pleased with the results.
