After getting estimates from several painters, I decided to go with Marcos not only because he had the lowest estimate, but I could tell off the bat he had a very easy going personality. He and his brother did an excellent job painting our kitchen and living room. They did a great job prepping and covering the floors and furniture. He also had a variety of tools and techniques to fix imperfections on the drywall. Marcos performed touch up work that was not seen in the preliminary tour but he fixed all the imperfections with no hesitation even when I pointed out little things here and there. He did not ask for a penny more....I padded the final cost a bit more than his estimate because I felt he deserved it. The only negative is it took a month to book him and he still had to reschedule it when it came close to the date- a minor inconvenience but he is a busy man! read more

Marcos came recommended by one of my neighbors. Initially, we requested to have he and his team to paint our kitchen cabinets and island. He took our cabinet doors, sanded and prepped them off site and came back to complete the rest. We loved it so much that we decided to have the walls of the kitchen painted as well as the dining room and family room. We called him back again to paint our built-in hutch, entrance way, living room, upstairs hallway, and high walls in our stairway which they knocked out in a day. Painted the exterior of my house. Had issues with my screen door and paint was falling off due to primer not being applied. Reached out to Marcos and his reply was " The problem with that its the hinges That was already like that Its rubbing the door and hinges If i paint it its gonna happen again" He did not bother to come out and reconcile or try to remedy the issue. I was looking for a quick turnover on my rental house and Marcos was the first onsite to give me an estimate. His wasn't quite the lowest bid although it was competitive, but it was with the best timeline for us. He and his worker knocked out a 1500 sf house in 2 days. Wow, they totally covered even tight spaces in closets and behind toilets and left the place clean. I was pleasantly surprised that he even put a fresh coat on my trim which wasn't included in the price. He walked around with me at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied with every square inch. After he was paid and left I found a couple of paint drips on surfaces but they scraped right off.
