Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! ​Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed and discovering a litter of kittens under the house that were likely contributing to the fleas. She was careful not to spray under the house to ensure the kittens weren't harmed (we are now caring for them and getting them to a shelter on Monday). ​Jessica provided us with a clear protocol to keep the house flea-free moving forward. We've had Home Team for almost 8 years. They started out really great and our tech has always been…read moreamazing (David) however the last year or two the communication has gotten pretty bad with them and they sent a lot of text messages which look a lot spam. also most calls from them come from different numbers and many times show as spam on my phone. They weren't horrible but then I got the third degree when cancelling our service. We are allowed to decide to go with another service and I felt like they got very defensive with me. I asked for an email confirming our cancellation but instead got several calls from managers asking why we cancelled and defending their service. (We will see if I get the confirmation email.) We just didn't feel very valued as a customer and felt more like a number, we went with a smaller more family owned company. We only stayed as long as we did because of how much we liked the tech who would actually service our home. In terms of scheduling they would pick a day towards the end of the month and text it to me with no timing window. I always then had to call to set up a window timing like 8-12 or 12-5, I was told I could only do this by calling. I work from home and can't have the dog going crazy during calls. If I wasn't able to do the day they sent, most times I couldn't pick a new day because it had to be done during that month and they scheduled it almost on the last day of the month... I asked for after the 23rd each month but they usually ended up being almost the last day of the month. All that said our tech was always amazing but has no control over the front office.

First of all, the level of customer service from the schedulers is amazing. As soon as you call, they already have your profile ready and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Throughout the years, I've had all sorts of problems from rats, mosquitos, to roaches, and Beeline has always come through and help keep those pests away from the house. He took the time to explain everything and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future pest problems and infestations. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to answer my questions. This is my first service, so I'll have to see how things go and whether it actually solves my pest problem, but so far, I'm very happy with the service and Joshua's professionalism. Our dogs were itching quite a bit and I asked about a flea treatment for the backyard. He said he had been here twice and really doesn't think we have fleas and that it was probably the change in weather and the dogs were shedding. I have inspected our dogs very thoroughly and have found no signs of fleas so I was VERY appreciative of the suggestion by Dean and not just taking another fee from me for a service he didn't think we needed.
