I have pest control for a few months and that was fine and manageable then I got a termite inspection and they didn't find termites but they found one piece of fencing that had like evidence of termite so they did a add-on to my monthly for like 30 bucks so everything was still manageable under $100 and then all of a sudden I got billed $800 in one month and then there were so aggressive about getting them the money and now my monthly bills are way over $100 a month and they said that they would inspect the termite traps every other month but now they said it's only once a year so they they're very aggressive about their sales tactics and about up sales and then of course you can't get out of their billing. They will keep on charging your card until it goes through very aggressive and I've called and tried to keep my bills under $100 because I'm unemployed. They don't care they promise one thing and then they do something else and still overcharge you, very predatory. read more

I did like them in the beginning but my services ended up being about 5 mins for front and back not sure what happened from the beginning towards the end of the year. I wouldn't recommend trying to cancel if you become unsatisfied because you will not be able to without a fee and it's not small. read more

Please DO NOT make the mistake I made by hiring this company to come out to treat your home or yard!!!! I paid $189 for yard and home treatment. They must be spraying water because if anything we had MORE pests than before and the treatment inside home was done within 5 minutes extremely quickly and not thorough at all! We have over 1000 sf home so that was too fast! Saw more pests inside as well! Tried asking technician about patching up any outside entry points and was told he doesn't preform that service when I specifically asked about that when making initial appointment. We asked for a refund was told not only would they not give us a refund they were going to charge us a cancellation fee!!!!! This is after my husband had to spend over $100 at Home Depot to buy our own flea and tick spray for outside and spray ourselves to get ahold of the problem plus our own traps inside the house to take care of rodents! Never engage with this company. They are dishonest about the quality and type of services provided and ineffective about the services they claim to provide. I hired them to get rid of the rats I found in my attic and a bug problem. Their rat solution? Ineffective cheap plastic traps with ineffective bait. 4 months and 4 billing cycles later, I still have rats and bugs. The final straw came when I started receiving rapid fire calls one morning while returning from work (3 calls in 2 minutes) informing me their technician was at my house. I told the tech he needed to call and schedule a home service call in advance, not show up unannounced. He treated the outside of my home, marked the service as complete, and made no follow up attempts to complete the service. When I attempted to cancel the recurring service, I was informed I had to pay a $291 fee. Their business model is based on charging recurring fees for a lack of performance and charging exorbitant fees for cancelling their ridiculous service as opposed to actual pest extermination. This company has got to be THE worst pest control company there is. called them in for initial treatment for bugs and mice. #days later the bugs are worse and then i see mice in my kitchen which wasn't an issues prior. The end of the 1 wk call them letting them know the situation is worse 2 fold for some reason. They send another guy out to spray an do whatever he does needless to say there's been no change in fact its worse now cockroaches are moving in from god knows where and its ridiculous. They took my money and left me holding the bag, i have a respritory illness and i have a very small child in my home. I don't know what kind of polyester-wearing toupee-sporting sleaze-bag came into town to train this sales team to lie and lie to unsuspecting customers, but he should be tied up to the railroad tracks. I inquired over the phone about their service and they were too expensive for what I needed. I thanked Will, the sales-dude, and said goodbye. Then Will began texting all these great deals. I kept saying NO until he finally negotiated quarterly billed (4 times a year) with 4 services for one year only. I read the contract, CONFIRMED again over text that it was quarterly billing, and Will said "Yep! Just trying to make a plan that works for you!" They've been charging me monthly, and will continue to do so until next June, so I will be paying FOUR TIMES more than the contract originally stated. Will is, of course, no longer there, and when I spoke with the district manager, he said "we record all sales calls, so I'm going to review the call and get back to you in an hour." Nope. crickets. The only pest I am getting is the door to door solicitors for this company in San Antonio, TX riding around on Hoover boards in the phones on my door. These employees really don't take no for an answer. I experienced a representative come to my door knocking very aggressively and ring the doorbell a total of 4 different times. The 3rd time I had to responded to the guy I am sorry I am not interested please go away and the same guy came back 25 minutes later and knocked aggressively and rang the doorbell again with his buddy. Most people at home during work hours are working for home. This is interrupting our work space. Door to door Solicitors need to respect No soliciting, No knocking signs. This is unprofessional, the whole neighborhood is now talking how bad we are being treated by these individuals for the company in San Antonio, TX. This needs to stop! read more

Do not use this company! They will charge a $59 initial service to come out the first time. They say agreeing to that means you are agreeing to a 24 month contract paying $80/month. I tried to cancel saying that was not made clear to me but Sam was completely unprofessional. He provided me a recording of the call stating I agreed but clearly, the 24 month part was not clear or concise, spoken very rapidly and unclear. I would have never agreed to that. The site is conveniently down when they want me to view the contract and said they will send a text saying you agree without letting you view a contract at all and no signature sent to them agreeing. When I tried to cancel they stated I agreed to a $291 cancelation fee which is not true at all. I listened to the audio and there was never a mention about any cancelation fee. I would have never used them. They are being deceptive and were no help at all. They did not even solve my ant problem that I had, they are still all over my house. Would not recommend. read more
