If you enjoy a personal touch that large chains like Walmart just can't deliver, then this is a business to use. Because they are a pharmacy, not a large drug store like CVS, don't expect to find non-drug stuff. No specials on coffee latte packets or batteries for your watch. Mine went without a hitch, I don't mind shots so much. The wife has an issue with needles and she had some anxiety. Tim was understanding and expressed empathy and was patient and we got the shot in her. 15 minutes of waiting to make sure we didn't have a reaction and home we go. It does have a hometown feel as this is not the big city and that's the appeal and charm of more rural Texas. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I had to, though it's kind of a drive from where we live now.

She sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before they got to her. No apologies, no empathy. The manager attempted to cover for the pharmacist by making up a law that doesn't exist. If you have time to go to lunch next door, this CVS might work for you. If you are truly ill, or if you don't have time to wait, you should go elsewhere. You are a number here, not a person.
