But my last time taking my toy miniature schnauzer to her was for certain my last! The sweet playful puppy I dropped off was not the same puppy I got back! Something happened while he was at that appointment and Ms. Amanda will not fess up to what it was. My puppy came home very aggressive which he had never shown signs of before and distrustful and just an all around a very different acting dog. When I called Amanda she first said nothing happened. She later said "well there was a dog in the kennel next to him digging aggressively at the kennel". She wanted me to bring him back. I was not comfortable doing to because I did not want to further his trauma. 2 months later and my puppy is still not back to normal. I would not in good conscious recommend this groomer. She works alone and no one is allowed inside so you have no idea what is going on inside with your pet. Beware!

My in-laws were grandfathered into pricing that was significantly cheaper, and I quote the owners response to why my prices were doubled were due to me and my husband being "The new owners" of the dog. The lack of compassion and empathy I received from the owner, is reason enough for me to never return to have Wilson groomed there. It has not even been an entire month since they have both passed and I ended up crying while taking my dog out of her hands to put his leash and leave. I wasn't even upset about the price doubling. I was upset because of her response as to why it doubled and the lack of compassion towards someone who is still grieving yet making sure that the health and well-being of the dog is still taking care of has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Apparently for this specific dog food you need a prescription which I did not know or provided with. They have the cans on the sales floor, and it wasn't until I got to the counter that I was informed about the prescription. The team member Chloe was extremely rude and was practically yelling at me about a prescription. I'm thinking that she could have handled things a little differently rather than screeching and repeating herself over and over again about a prescription that I was never aware that I needed. If you people at Petco require a prescription to sell certain dog foods to customers, then they should have proper signage in place, or have it stocked behind the counter where customers can't just pick them up.
