We are so glad we did not skip this wonderful stop. We had stayed at many other locations over the years, and this is by far one of the most beautiful locations to park our motorhome. The camp managers were so very friendly. I booked over the phone and spoke to the very nice lady to secure the reservation. Upon showing up, her husband was waiting to check us in and show us to our site. They only have 2 or 3 "pull through" sites, which we were given the end one on the end. There are others you can drive through, but if they are busy, these sites are actually back in sites and you may not be able to drive through if someone is using the other side. The site was relatively level and the utilities were easy to hook up. Our site had full hookups with 50 amp service to accommodate our motorhome. They offered a laundry room as well as restrooms with showers, but we did not use any of these. They were apologetic for leaves and branches on the ground near our site due to a wind storm that had blown through the night before. It did not matter to use because everything was so beautiful and well kept in spite of the storm. We will definitely return to this location when we are in the area.

Would definitely stay here again! The town of Fort Bridger has a great historic park just 8 min walk from the RV park. Not a fan of the 10am checkout time, it didn't affect us but might be an issue for others.

We have never brought our RV along, and we found this park online and wanted to give it a try while visiting for the Wyoming Downs. They had online booking through Rover Pass, which made it easy to select your site type and dates of your stay. They offer the Good Sam discount on their nightly rate, also. Upon arriving, we just caught the park manager leaving the park. She turned around and came inside the office to check us in. We got a good site for our motorhome where we were parked on gravel with a nice area of grass to our passenger side for our pup to explore. Several of the sites on the east end are parking on grass, which we usually prefer not to do due to the weigh of our rig. Also, they warn you to check out and leave by 10:00 am if you are parked on grass because the sprinklers come on automatically and will soak down your RV and/or tent. Other gravel sites are full gravel with no grass available. There are also many trees along the roads, but they were not hanging too low to compromise our motorhome. The amenities available are a laundry room, men/women restrooms with showers, a playground for the kids, and some fun decor with antique farm items and a wishing well. They have a grassy area at the very back of the park for pets to utilize, and we walked back there one time to check it out during our stay. There are many longer term folks staying toward the back, and I noticed many of those sites are only 30 amp elec. I will definitely be back to stay again when I'm in the area.

Went up to Echo to spend some time out on the water and chill by the campfire at night. Please place is nice because it's only about 45 minutes from Salt Lake. It's far away enough that you feel like you are getting out of Salt Lake, but close enough that it isn't a huge deal to drive to and from. What is nice for me is that my friend already has a spot so we come and go as we please. There is a cute store there that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner (for cheap!) and also have your basic needs of camping like firewood, snacks, etc. This is great because if you are just going up for a quick getaway, you don't have to stuff your car with food or deal with the hassle of cooking sometimes. This is only my third year coming up here and the water has typically been low. I have been told that the water use to come all the way up to the deck, but because they drain it there isn't as much water anymore. There is still enough to go water skiing, jet skiing, etc though. Needless to say, I'm sure we will be back here soon....

My family has been going here for about 3 years now and we've had a great time swimming and boating here! Recently the water level has been very high and lots of places where we used to camp are submerged underwater. The entire North Beach was occupied by people with big RV's and Trailers. The South Beach was fairly okay but the bathrooms were filthy and had some obnoxious neighbors who wouldn't stop swearing nonstop. Lots of dogs would wander around looking for scraps of food and that gets annoying trying to find the owner and get the dogs to leave without coming back. To sum it up, North Beach is a little bit better than South Beach because the bathrooms are cleaner and there's a whole lot more places to camp. I'd recommend this place to anyone who'd wanna have an amazing time with their family.
