One time they printed my shirts with the wrong measurements on it.... another time they burned the artwork on the shirts..... and there were always issues with shirts getting damaged (stains, paint marks, etc) We tried to give them many chances but they always disappointed and failed to deliver. I shouldn't have give them more chances. I decided to stop doing business here when I discovered that the paint of the shirts i ordered comes off when it comes in contact with water. I received a full refund for 100 shirts but this situation hurt my business and i lost money because of their poor job. It was a nightmare to be honest and it hurt my business reputation and credibility. Another thing that i must point out is that the people managing this place can be rude if you complain about mistakes that they make. They were rude more than once The lack of communication from them is also a BIG problem... i texted one of the owners about an update on my order (to a phone that he provided) and he responded something along the lines of "this is not a costumer service line. I don't know about your order, call the shop and ask" that was horrible customer service from them. Very disappointing. Also... Luis, the guy in charge of printing, acts like he knows everything but his mistakes prove otherwise... Lastly, they are very VERY disorganized: bags and boxes everywhere... maybe it's because of COVID... but still... you go into their building and it does not look professional at all. It looks disorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you want discharge or water based printing... don't come to this place if you are looking for quality work or if you care about your product.

I understand on such short notice it is not always feasible to make such orders, but Chris was fortunately able to accommodate me and even surpass my expectations in such a short amount of time. I am a preschool teacher for a public school district in Orange County and desired t shirts for each graduating student transitioning to Kindergarten. I sent him a photo of the shirts I wanted and requested the size, color, and additional writing. He was fast and efficient via email and sent me quotes and t shirt font options. He was also able to work with the budget I had for graduation. The parents of my graduating students were so happy to see their child in a baby blue graduation cap and matching t shirt they can keep. For confidentiality purposes, I am unable to upload my student or the graduating class, but did show a photo of the end result and the photo I had sent him for the purpose of replicating it. After paying for them and going home and doing FURTHER INSPECTIONS, the print already started cracking off the shirt after 2 hours of me purchasing AND the some them are CROOKED. Don't come here, they are unorganized and will say anything to take your money instead of being honest and politely refusing. I'd give 0 stars if I can.

And looked at their work on their Instagram @gogreenprinting. I was wary because they didn't list a website or a physical address but I took a chance. I sent in 1/2 the money via Venmo and they sent me a very professional invoice. I emailed a high resolution image via email for the t-shirts to gogreenprinting71@gmail.com. They texted me a proof of the actual shirts and within 2 weeks I had awesome shirts that I'm shipping to Hawaii. I ordered a few women's sizes and a few men's. They charged me a one time fee of $100 for the set up and $10 per shirt. Looking forward to placing more orders. It was worth the drive to Covina. When they were ready they texted me the address to pick them up.
