This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

There are few businesses that take care and time to craft-- which I know sounds silly just for printed tees and hoodies but I cannot tell you how many times I've had stuff printed by other companies where the logo is off centered, the colors might be wrong or they print without verifying or the size doesn't fit and they don't care.
