Read a lot of raved reviews on this place and decided to check it out. I usually go all the way out to San Bernardino because I love their Chinese food but wanted something closer. First time seemed decent enough to come back. This second time will be my last. The young lady behind the counter has some hygienic issues. Digging in your ear while addressing customers as you're in the vicinity of the open food is beyond unacceptable and plain nasty. Plus, noticing that she also had the dirtiest fingernails made my decision to not come back. Fast food Chinese take out place with a few tables if you decide to dine inside. It's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall next to El Super. Looks kind of dirty on the outside since the wind blows all the garbage to their front door. However, inside you can see that the place is maintained like a typical fast food Chinese restaurant. They have a hot bar with several selections, or you can order something off the menu that they prepare fresh as you wait. I love their BBQ chicken and pork. It's the style you get from the places in authentic Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. Their milk and Thai teas are also very good and at a great price. One thing I can say for this place in food and drink is that they are not stingy with the portions. I usually get a bowl, and that's more than enough to fill me up. Check them out. Good food, friendly people, and great prices! My favorites are their bbq chicken and pork. It taste as good as it looks! The teriyaki chicken is very good too. I usually get their one item bowl with rice or noodles and it's more than enough to fill you up because they fill it to the top. Decided to try this place out due to yelp reviews, I must say it wasn't the greatest I got the fried rice chow mein jalapeño chicken and beef broccoli Beef broccoli was not good it had no flavor Jalapeño chicken was actually very good Chow mein had a good taste nothing special Fried rice was nasty not sure if it was burnt or old, but it wasn't good at all. This spot is the local go to Chinese spot In Fontana for years! Mom and Pop shop and the people are so nice Portions are huge you definitely have leftovers for the next day! The Walnut shrimp(way better than Panda Express) and shrimp fried rice is my combo choice but definitely can't wrong with the Kung pao shrimp! First time at Brother Kitchen for lunch and I ordered the two items tray I selected the beef broccoli and the chicken mushroom vegetable along with the double rice noodles this was "to go". Food is really good. I've ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce twice. It's more like an egg flower soup with shrimp, but it's so good. The orange chicken is very flavorful. I also waited for each item to come out fresh from the kitchen. I was so excited to try it that I ate while I was there and was blown away it was so good! I took the rest home and had enough to share with my fat brother who loved the food so much he ended up eating the whole thing.
