Side of Rare Beef. I added the Hoisin sauce.

YOUR NEW FAVORITE PHO RESTAURANT! Fontana Pho has been around for as long as I can remember, so far about 10 years (or more). They have gone through some positive changes through this time, and because of that, Fontana Pho is my new favorite. They have updated their interior since I have last been here. It is very nice! Much nicer than the Pho Ha in the Aldi's shopping center. The workers here are quick and efficient in taking and serving orders. They speak and understand good English. I do not feel like I have to speak Vietnamese to get good service here nor do I worry about requests getting "lost in translation." Moreover, the Pho is just hands down FABULOUS! I'm certain their other dishes are just as great, yet I usually only get the pho. If you happen to stop by for Pho, get it with some extra rare beef on the side.

Pay cash receive 5% off the bill . Stop in as usual after one of my Kaiser hospital visits. Noticed they made some changes to their interior seatings. I like what I see . Booths style with black / blue bench seatings and still have individual chairs / tables section as well. I was greeted right away at the door by a young lady named Jessica , welcoming me in and asked what she can help me with . I Stop at the register to order beef fried rice for take out . Also noticed they added three new items to their menu . Fried crispy tofu , calamari and beef bahn mi ( sandwich) It is quite a wait for my take out order , understandably during their lunch hour rush . Price keeps increasing but the portions seems smaller ;(

Food 5/5 I ordered the Pho with rare beef (P.9 Pho Tai) and it was delicious and super flavorful! I especially loved that they provided plenty of lime; it's my favorite and added the perfect touch. Customer Service 5/5 I've been visiting this location for years and have never had a bad customer service experience. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. Ambience 5/5 I really enjoy the ambience of this restaurant and visiting this location with friends, because of the spacious layout and plentiful seating. It makes it feel open and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. Cleanliness 4/5 Cleanliness-wise, I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 -- the dining area was pretty tidy, nothing too bad that would keep me from coming back. Wait Time 5/5 One of the best parts of my visit was that there was absolutely no wait time--I walked in and was seated right away, which is a rare treat these days, especially because it is a busy area. It made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and stress-free. Cost 5/5 I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service offered at such an affordable cost. In a time when prices seem to be rising everywhere, finding something that balances low cost with reliability is a rare gem. Drinks 5/5 I've always enjoyed the Thai Tea . The Thai Tea here is absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be grabbing one every time I eat here.

Still the best in Fontana! Friendly service and clean establishment.... love you Fontana pho!

Food was good! I did get the rare red meat pho, I got the size regular. They definitely do portion control and measure as I only had 4-5 pieces of meat. Really good taste though. THAI TEA 10/10!!! They can improve service, it is really traditional. You write your name on a paper and wait till your name is called to dine in. They were understaffed the day I went in, 30 minute wait for 2 people....

I have always wanted to try pho. My boyfriend finally took me to have some. This is the spot for him. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, clean and simple. We arrived at 6. There a few people in the restaurant. We were quickly seated by the server and given menus. I took my time to look through the menu. My boyfriend got the seafood pho. Everything few seconds, a different server were asked if we were ready to order. I started giggling when the sever came up to ask again. She said oh it's ok if you're not ready yet. I decided I was, so they wouldn't keep coming up to the table. It was a bit annoying. I got the rare beef pho. I thought our food would take a while, but we were served in less than 5 minutes. I was surprised. My boyfriend added the seasonings and herbs to our bowls and we started eating. Truly delicious! I savored every bite. It was a generous serving. It did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I finished up our bowls. We ended up paying $31, which is a fair price point. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Wow. First time trying, was so excited because of good reviews. I literally just came home with 5 pho soups and 2 are inedible. We found it weird that the broth was bubbling so much once we reheated, come to see Both containers have a layer of pure oil. So disappointed. Egg rolls were delicious though .

The food is delicious! I have been here several times with friends, and the noodles are always really yummy. The wait staff is very attentive and helpful. The place has an overall laid-back atmosphere and is a great place for a casual lunch. Portions are also HUGE, and you will definitely leave satisfied! My only complaint was that the tabletop condiments were a bit sticky--the Sriracha sauce and chili oil pots had finger prints and dried sauce on them. The tables and restaurant were clean, other than that.

Not too many choices of Asian food in Fontana. Fontana Pho offers a variety of vermicelli and rice platters. Their broth was medicore. The price is right for the quality of the food you are getting. Service was medicore. I got a basket of utensils along with trash inside, not presentable at all. The waiter replaced it, but left a bad impression. Overall. It's a 3.0 out of 5 Probably not going to return again as there are many better choices of pho restaurants.

It is in the same shopping center as Aldi, directly across the street from Kaiser Permanente. The interior looks like it was renovated recently. The dining area is spacious and very comfortable. The menu is large with numerous items to choose from. I ordered the House Special Pho. It had all the available beef cuts such as rare beef, fatty and lean brisket, tendons, book tripe, and beef meatballs. The broth was clear, light, and non-greasy. It had a slightly sweet flavor which was very appealing to me and different from the usual broth. It just needed a spritz of lime juice to brighten the rich beef flavors. The herbs, jalapeños, and mung bean sprout toppings were fresh. The thin rice noodles had just the right amount of chewy texture. The pho only came in large, which is fine because you can then take the remaining deliciousness home to eat later. I also ordered cha gio which are made with chicken here instead of pork. The egg rolls were generous in size with a well seasoned, ample filling. There is a smooth, starchy texture in the filling, most likely taro, which gave the egg rolls a nice mouthfeel in contrast to their crispy exterior. I ordered two but would have gladly ordered more since they were so delicious. A definite recommend. The black iced coffee I ordered went well with the meal. It was smooth tasting without any harsh bitterness and was also not too sweet. A good change from the usual Vietnamese iced coffee with a milk creamer. Service here is polite and friendly. Not too much hovering, which I appreciated. Parking is plentiful and access is easy onto the nearby 10 freeway. I will definitely return to this excellent restaurant to explore other menu items.

Absolutely Incredible Experience at Sierra Noodle House!…read more If you're looking for one of the best hidden gems in the Inland Empire, Sierra Noodle House deserves a spot at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully designed, and unlike any noodle house we've visited. The massive Hollywood murals featuring legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, Humphrey Bogart, Captain Jack Sparrow, Audrey Hepburn, Bruce Lee, The Beatles, and many more create an unforgettable dining experience. Combined with elegant crystal chandeliers, colorful LED lighting, and comfortable booths, it feels both modern and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Beef Bánh Mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft inside, and the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and tender beef created an incredible balance of flavors. At only $10, it's one of the best values you'll find. We also enjoyed both the Large House Sake and Small House Sake, served hot in beautiful ceramic bottles with adorable paper umbrellas. It's a fun presentation that adds to the experience. The menu has an amazing variety, including authentic pho, bánh mì, pad thai, garlic noodles, fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, Vietnamese rice plates, spring rolls, smoothies, desserts, and much more. There truly is something for everyone. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. Between the outstanding food, beautiful décor, excellent service, and reasonable prices, Sierra Noodle House has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. It was weird and very off putting. The rest of the appetizers were ok. The only dipping sauce that came with the appetizer combo was a sweet dipping sauce. Good thing I'm asian and I have the right sauces for each of those appetizers at home, made them more palatable. Spring rolls were the best thing in my order, but in comparison to others in the area, still just ok. They also prepaid for drinks from the bar so folks could order from a bartender. Only a few dishes were ordered (since there was other food from an outside catering vendor) and I only got to try it after it was cold so I can't give a wholistic review on the food they serve, but I really liked the leaf wrapped beef with Banh Hoi (vermicelli sheet) and the mango salad! The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The lobster was a whole lobster with claws, and the ribeye was a generous cut served sizzling at the table. The portions are large, and our server kindly warned us ahead of time--we're glad we listened! The owner was friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. It's great to have quality Vietnamese food nearby without having to travel all the way to OC.
