Eight years I have been coming here and as of the last year they have placed this kid in charge. Big mouth, rude and everything is "tar". No sir, the car isn't clean. Rush job at best. Dirt still everywhere and there was no tar. Absolute travesty. He goes back and forth with me. I tell him this is my last time bringing either of my cars. Customer beware! I have used this car wash for over two years and never had an issue with their service until they stole my house keys. I had my car washed and after they finished, a Hispanic guy, not that it matters, handed me my key fob of which was peculiar because the car is usually running when they are done. I drove straight home without any additional stops and noticed that my keys were missing. I called my husband and he said to take the police back up there but I decided not to make a scene. As soon as I got out of my vehicle, they looked surprised and before I could ask about my keys, one of the young guys on the detail side said your keys are over there on top of ledge. I gave them a look like seriously. In my ear still, My husband was having a fit telling me to call the police. I told him not to worry because I will never do business with them again and that I will leave a review about my experience. I know they were going to rob my house because the vehicle registration is in the console. Beware customers!!! Never leave anything valuable in your vehicle because the workers are crooks. read more

I called to get a quote on getting my seat cleaned and they wouldn't give me a quote. I drove all the way over there and they quoted me $100 to clean the seat when it's only 200 to clean the entire car they could've saved me an hour and a half by just letting me know the quote over the phone. read more

It's been at least two years since I've been to this business. The last time I was there, I got the full service wash and detailing, and they did a horrible job. All they did was wash the outside. The inside of the windows was not cleaned nor was the dashboard nor was it vacuumed it was absolutely terrible. And then the employees were speaking Spanish and talking about me and making fun of me. But little did they know that I'm Mexican and I understand Spanish perfectly even though I'm light skin. Never again. read more

Wash was decent. There were water marks on my passenger door & driver window. The actually did an immacolate job on my floor mats. While watching the workers it's easy to assume they're extremely meticulous. I'll keep searching the area for a better car wash but not bad all read more

Just got my car back and going through my things I left in my car ( my fault for leaving them in there). I had my car detailed. I notice I was missing My Bowie knife.i called them to see if they had forgotten to put it back in my car.the " supervisor " said he didn't see it and he was the 9ne who had taken everything out of my car before they cleaned it .I had just seen it in my car the night before..So I highly dont recommend this place they are thieves so be very careful when dealing with these thieves. read more

A surprise. Didn't even look like a car wash from outside so a bit confusing, it's all indoors, but super fast hand wash by a bunch of nice guys, no wait to get in, great price, pleasant manager. They missed a few little things but it was really amazingly clean considering what a mess it was, and especially for the price. Will be back on the rare occasion I get my hoopdie cleaned! read more

This place used to do a great job, but they have gotten progressively worse. My husband brought our SUV here yesterday and came home with a half-done job. Nothing on the inside was thoroughly cleaned, but they were paid. The mats, cup holders, and door panels were barely touched and the foot rest pad was not cleaned at all. The owner/manager is and has always been rude. I called the business with a pleasant, chipper, "Good morning. I'm a longtime customer. My husband brought our SUV on yesterday." The manager was the call recipient. He immediately places me on hold, but leaves the line open and is talking to a young lady who was there telling him how surprised she was that there wasn't a wait. I assumed he'd come back to the phone. As I'm holding, he tells a worker that he believes there's a complaint on the line. He or the worker never answered. One of them hung up. I called back twice, but they did not answer. Honey, we work too hard to get this type of treatment. I would give this business a zero of if I could. It was my better half who wanted to stay coming this long. It's all around home down to subpar. We're done. read more

I recently had my SUV detailed here, and I couldn't be more happy with the result. It's not cheap, but good results never are. I called the day before and set a drop off time, and when I showed up, they were ready to honor my appointment time. They gave me a pickup time, and gave me a call to come pick up, 30 minutes ahead of schedule. When I say the car was cleaned in every crevice.... I mean underneath, inside out, EVERYTHING. I had to park my car under the L for a year and I thought I had damage done that could never be addressed. These guys HANDLED that. I recently took my minivan to Brothers Car Wash. I picked the most expensive hand wash package which was $35. I also asked for the carpet in the back to be cleaned which was an extra five dollars. They were done washing my van in less than 20 minutes I was the only vehicle there. Before getting in the van I looked and the inside of my doors had not been wiped down I asked them three times to wipe them over and over again. The workers were speaking Spanish not knowing that I am Mexican even though I am white and I knew Spanish I didn't appreciate being talked about. And then their other worker who I guess spoke the most English told me that they only did the job they did because I only gave them a $10 tip. Coming home I realized that half of my dashboard was not cleaned and my doors are still filthy inside. I called them asked to speak to the manager who supposedly wasn't there but I spoke to the assistant manager who is apparently the son of the manager/owner. He told me that considering the state of my vehicle they did the best they could but I pointed out that there was areas that weren't touched he said oh well I'm sorry you're not happy but there's nothing more we can do. This is very shocking considering I went to this car wash three years ago it was jampacked it was a Friday evening I paid for a less expensive package and they did a beautiful job. I am very very disappointed and I will have to wash the inside of my vehicle and re-vacuum myself. Not an easy task when you're disabled. You pull in. I asked for an inside and outside wash. Several men over take the car and get to working. What I would assume would take forever takes a few minutes. They LITERALLY hand wash the car beautifully!!! Everyone was done well even down to the cup holders!! I had fruit dropping from a tree and I assumed it would never come off (at least not easily) and those guys worked efficiently and effectively to remove that mess off my car. Visited today for the 1st time, there was a line at 8am but they moved pretty quickly. Once inside Black Beauty (my Rav4) was washed down, soaped up and scrubbed clean. We then moved on to the interior which was cleaned and shined up like new. All together I started in line at 814am I was out by 844am with 6 cars ahead of me and 25.00 lighter. Left scratches on my 2024 telluride hood then got an attitude with me about it. Accused me of already having those scratches when I got there! That is clearly a brand new vehicle!! The scratches were buffed out but are still visible if you know where you are looking. I had to prompt them to lift up my 3rd seat to vacuum. My interior wasn't properly cleaned & there were still dirt stains from all of the recent rain on we've had on my hood. I did not get a $32 car wash, a drive through would've been better! I got accused of haven gone to the grocery store & possibly placing something on my vehicle that caused the scratched! It's crazy how an entire scenario was made up instead of their brushes or towels being the problem! Oh and by the way I don't go to the grocery store, I get my orders delivered. read more

I have a white ford escape (2013)with cloth interior . I live and working Chicago. I am around a lot of street repairs. My car was covered with TAR. From front to back, bumper to bumper. I took my car to Brothers for a quote, it was comparable to others I had received. I choose to bring my truck back to Brothers because the guy who quoted me was nice and fair. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. When I picked my car up I wanted to cry! It was factory new looking! They did an excellent job. I has the interior details also. I had a ton of spills plus doggie prints all over the seats. It was exceptional and I highly recommend Brothers! read more

It's sad but this place provides a rush hand car wash. They don't ensure the inside is properly wiped down, they don't properly dry your vehicle. They don't get the concept of quality over quantity. I could hear the owner telling the guys to hurry up and finish the cars when its crowded but of course he was speaking in their language. I've been going there for a long time. Main issue is having to tell them to open trunk and wipe off excess soap and water the sprayer does not get. I have never seen anyone else have them do that besides me. And I always make sure they blow off the excess water from the side mirrors again once they tell me my car is ready and then wipe the car down again. They have a lot of people working. They start washing at the entrance when the line is long so it goes pretty quick having two lines and exit doors to get the cars out. read more

When they said my car was done I checked & found several overlooked spots on the doors, which should have been wiped down, according to the package I paid for. When I pointed it out, the employee got an attitude & called me names in Spanish, including a fucking bitch, not knowing I understood what he was saying. I told another guy to let him know I'm aware he called me a bitch & if he does it again, I'll show him one. Once he was done, I looked again, then pulled into the gas station lot right outside the car wash to look over my car again. I was pissed! If you're supposed to wipe down the doors, dash & console, do just that. I may as well have paid $10 because that's the kind of service I received & they weren't apologetic. He still called me names! I have been here a couple of times, about a year apart and thought service would get better. Car wash was 20 bucks and I gave them a $20 tip just to make sure that the inside of my car was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. As soon as I got in my car and moved things around it was apparent that vacuuming is not their best skill as well as wiping things down. Sorry guys I try to support the Hispanic race but you guys do crappy work. Someone should be going through these cars after they are done moving things around to ensure customers get the service they paid for. I hope someone reads this and corrects this problem. read more

I tried dropping my car off there this morning and I was treated horribly and very unprofessional. The owner wasn't there and the guys were just playing cards. The owner tried charging me 165 over the phone for a shampoo and a hand wax and they can go back to Playing cards because they are never getting my business ever again read more

Great place, nice staff, fast service, and friendly. They pay attention to the details but I constantly remind them to blow out the water from the mirrors. Car is never cleaned well. Last time I was there I paid for a service that they did not do. When I called to let them know the response was abrasive and appeared as if they did not believe me. On one occasion I was even asked to tip. I tip but I find it inappropriate to ask. read more
