Like car wash very much but need to change the entrance and exit due to careless drivers

please please do not get your car washed here ever i would give it no stars but it wont let me i was there yesterday afternoon first and last time ever i went through the wash and came out with a cracked windshield i immediately went and spoke to them they took viideos and pictures and i filled out a claim form which they said would be reviewed by their claim department which i believe is a joke and does not really exist because this happened saturday and the said claim department would get back to me on monday i just recieved a phone call sunday from their manager nicky saying that they she reviewed the camera and it wasn't their equipment she believes it was their blower drying my car it . so they won't assume any responsibilty according to her it wasn't any equipment touching my car. so is not the blowers their equipment. this is absolutely wrong how is it no claim department investigated just a manager and no corporate number. do not please do not trust your vehicle in their care they have no problem taking your money and making alot from their customers but not doing right by them. i guess making a huge sign with my damage to my vehicle with a warning to all and potential customers to see before entering this place might be very necessary you customers will thank me later it would have saved me this mess and also if i had read the reviews because apparently i'm not the only one who has had damage to their vehicle please be aware.check out this review of eco brite car wash on google maps pictures of damage on there. read more

When I arrived, I initially intended to purchase a single wash, but after reviewing the options on the automated screen, I chose to upgrade to a monthly pass before my first wash, expecting to be a frequent customer. I completed the purchase through the machine without speaking to anyone. After completing the first wash cycle, my car was still visibly dirty. I attempted to go through a second time, and before approaching the staff, I used the company-provided brush and bucket to lightly scrub one small spot to help lift the debris. Instead of assisting me, the staff immediately accused me of trying to "beat them out of a wash." I asked them to review their cameras, which would clearly show I only scrubbed a single area. They refused. One attendant then claimed that "the only way you get a second wash is if you tell the attendant first and they tell you to go scrub." This was the first time that rule was ever mentioned. It is not posted anywhere onsite, not listed on the website, not in my emailed terms, and was never explained to me--nor was any consideration given to the fact that I had no way of knowing such a policy existed. When I asked to be shown where this policy was documented, they could produce nothing. The situation escalated when the attendant told me: "Get the fuck out of here." This level of hostility toward a customer is unacceptable under any circumstances. Management Information Was Intentionally Withheld When I requested the manager's contact information so I could escalate the issue appropriately, the attendant: * Refused to give a name * Refused to provide an email or phone number * Told me to "come back tomorrow," despite me explaining that I could not * Denied every reasonable request for escalation This was a clear effort to prevent accountability. Police Called on a Young Black Woman With a Six-Year-Old Child After I parked my vehicle and calmly stated that I would wait for management information, the attendant asked whether I planned to stay. I said yes. He walked away and said, "fine, wait there." Moments later, five squad cars arrived and surrounded me and my six-year-old daughter as if we were a threat. Officers approached in a manner that felt unnecessarily aggressive, considering the situation was nothing more than a customer requesting management information after receiving poor service. This was dangerous, traumatizing, and entirely uncalled for. Weaponizing the police against a woman with her child present over a customer service dispute is reckless, irresponsible, and deeply troubling. No Support, No Resolution, No Refund I was told: * I could not rewash the car * No refund could be issued * "There's nothing anyone can do for you" * To "check the website," despite the fact that no such policy exists there When I asked for a towel to wipe the spot that became worse after using their brush, I was refused again, forcing me to grab a rag myself. Throughout this entire experience, the staff demonstrated: * Zero empathy * Zero professionalism * Hostility and defensiveness * A refusal to follow fair business practices Once they had my money, they made it clear they had no interest in helping me. Refund Demand I am formally requesting a full refund for the monthly pass and the associated wash purchased prior to my first wash. I received no service value, was denied support, was refused management contact, and was subjected to hostility and an unnecessary police escalation involving my young child. I expect written acknowledgment of this complaint and confirmation that my refund is being processed. A year later and this is still THE BEST car wash around by far. The location is always clean, no lines, and employees are always super helpful. We never feel cramped here and their free vacuums are awesome. Even their cheapest $5 wash does an great job. This is no ordinary car wash - they use the best wash products that work hard and they never skimp on soap and drying time. Do yourself a favor and grab the unlimited monthly car wash plan. My boyfriend and I both got one for $10 a month each. It's just friggin' awesome. We don't worry about the weather because we can pop in to get a car wash whenever we want to. I'm always impressed at seeing the employees so detailed at keeping this carwash clean no matter the weather. The carwash itself is great, leaves your thoroughly clean. If there's something I would critique, is the dryers . Wish they do a better job of drying your vehicle. read more

I took my car for a wash Sunday 2/25/2024. Paid for $20 car wash and when I arrived home I had spot of sticky residue on part of my hood. It looked like wax, drove back and told the attendant that I had these spots and that where not there before the wash and that where very wax like and viscous. He was very nice and filled out a report since there was no manager on site there was nothing he could do. All I asked him was to allow me to re run the car even at the cheapest wash, $5. But he explained he didn't have the clearance or authority to approve that and that a manager would contact me. Fast forward to Monday and manager calls, explains that they reviewed video footage and that that is tree sap on my car. This was not the case, it could be possible but inaccurate, what is on my car is not tree sap. Also this is my work car I park it in the garage at home and I park in a garage at work. No point in going back and forth over it to discuss since I will be taking my car elsewhere to remove these spots. Issues is the resolution, she called and after stating that they had reviewed footage and that it was not their wrong doing but mine, all the manager could offer offer was a $10 car wash that could only be done today 2/26/24 before 3 pm. I explained I work and unfortunately my hours go beyond 3 pm and she said that that was all she was authorized to Offer no other date or time. Since taking half a day of work is not an option and doesn't seem worth a $10 re do car wash I declined. They seem busy enough so I'm sure me taking my business elsewhere will go unnoticed but it is situations like these and how they responded to them that allows for business to thrive. They fall short in customer service. EDIT: AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MIKE. HE STATED HE WAS A MANAGER AS WELL. HE WAS SUPER NICE AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERN AND OFFERED TO MEET ME AT A CONVENIENT TIME TO RE DO MY WASH. HE WAS WILLING TO COME EVEN IS OUTSIDE HIS WORK HOURS. Hello, on April 26th,2023 I went to the Hometown carwash where the blower broke my driver side mirror. I was told I would be compensated for it and they offered me a 20$ gift card which will not cover my mirror damage. The estimate for the mirror is 70$ and I am expect to be compensated appropriately. There was no damage to my mirror before going to the carwash and I've not had any issues with it beforehand. Also the guy who stay inside the car was was so rude. read more
