So we really wanted to feel clean when we moved our things in. Theses guys were recommended to us by our realtor and they did not disappoint. It was really easy to make an appointment and they worked with us on our schedule. We had to cancel last minute the first time we scheduled due to some very frustrating circumstances but they had no issue with it and were understanding. When we scheduled the second time they remembered us and were able to come out right before the holidays. They cleaned every carpet in the home and got into some pretty odd crevices the house has. They didn't miss a single piece of carpet. And we can breath easier knowing they cleaned our home. AVE Construction came to the rescue when our roof started leaking after a windstorm. AVE removed the roof, reformed the ridgeline, replaced all of the old particle board with durable plywood, and it is so beautiful now. A complete transformation. We had them install cedar shake shingles in our eaves as well. The work was amazing, the price was incredible and the people were wonderful. This company is less than responsive. They hire the cheapest labor they can find and use shoddy…read morematerials. (For example; they replaced a kitchen counter top with a poorly manufactured covering that left sharp edges exposed.) My kitchen sink was removed by a remediation company who subsequently damaged it, at a later date AVE disposed of the sink with the garbage disposal attached, then claimed it wasn't their fault and are refusing to replace it. All in all, they have taken more than two years to do a job that should have taken four months maximum.
