It's like they don't check and go over the online orders from the night before. So I have to wait for the orders to be picked on the spot. I strongly recommend going over the quantities that you ordered, when they are rushing they will make mistakes. You order online because it makes it convenient and my multiple experiences with this location particularly be lacking every time. I go here because it's close to home but if I can I'll go to the Ladner location or the queensBurrough location. The staff at this location needs more training on how to do the job or the really don't care. Either way either check out another location or go there a pick what you need yourself. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is they usually have what I'm looking for.

And on their receipt , it said : Final sale ( and print : if returned , needs to be unused ) . I bought at this store at 08:30 pm ( 2 duvet covers ) ( 2 pillow covers ) and 2 blankets.. ( So, when I want to drive my Mercedez to exchange the pillow , it's been too late , and tomorrow morning I will go and try to replace it , but it might be different sales person there ) The Chinese sales lady gave me 1 duvet cover which was opened ( I can see from their folding line from outside of the bag ) ( then she was good , and replaced right away a not opened new one . ) But when I went home I found a pillow cover was for sure " repacked ", and the cloth had a lot of wrinkles ( I opened it to check if I can stand it , but I could not , too many small wrinkles , and looks like used ) . I don't know why they sold the used or returned products . In , Japan , the returned items was call refurbished , and is always very cheap . Like the laptop in the store , the demo in the store is always 50-70 % off . ( I have 2 stores in Steveston. if I found the returned products were used , I always donate to the church second hand store or throw it to the garbage can , if it was about the quality ( and customer used it and returned it ) I will returned it to the factory or wholesale suppliers. I left them, they emailed me a detailed receipt as well as a hard copy and emailed when the boots were ready. I just had to pick up. The place has some cool items in there and they have items to care for shoes. They can repair and make all things leather. So glad I found this place and it was recommended to me. They don't have (m)any of the usual shelf-warmers: Transformers, G.I. Joe, Barbies, My Little Ponies, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc.... Splashes seems to focus more on quality toys with some component of discovery, problem-solving or learning. Some of the puzzles and building toys are quite pricy, however. They also seem to carry some stuffed animals and figurines from companies I've never heard of. During COVID, they are restricting how many people can enter the store at a given time. And, since the store is tiny, the lineup can be long. On our last visit, there were 5 families ahead of us, and we had to wait about 20-25 minutes!
