After asking him to stop he continued to discuss it and started throwing out facts as if my wife was not informed. He even visited once during the installation to check on the status of the installation. - Arrival time was within the window period (8:30-9:30 AM), arriving at 8:35 AM on the first day and 8:30 AM on the second day. - The window size and type matched the order, with no errors. - Based on the follow-up results, all the necessary procedures for a retrofit flush replacement were in place. Caulking was OK inside and outside the window frame. This review is long overdue. We decided on Brothers to replace 7 windows. We worked with Tom who was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. we felt very comfortable with him and he was patient with us. We had so many questions because I really didn't understand how they would add new windows without removing the old window frame. Tom answered all of my questions - sent pictures to show me the end product look and I still had questions. I just could t get my arms around how they would be able to do this without it looking like they were sticking new windows over old. Tom assured me his crew was top notch and it would look great. We decides on the Simonton windows because they had the auto-lock which we wanted. The glass in these windows had a Stainless Steel intercept spacer and i believe are made by Cardinal. One of the best.from research. The day of the install came and the crew was awesome. They got started right away and spend time explaining what and how they would be doing the work. They were knowledgeable, professional - I could tell I was in good hands. They do what they do and installed all windows - very quick, efficient and cleaned up the mess. they were friendly and we enjoyed talking with them as they worked. Don't get me wrong - we gave them their space to work but at the same time they were conversational, fun and seemed like the enjoyed what they were doing. The end results were beyond our expectations. the windows really look great both inside and outside. I was more worried about the trim inside but both looked great. The Simonton windows actually gave us more window space than what we originally had which was Milgard. The new windows are much easier to slide and the auto-lock works fantastic. We love the windows and with the loe we instantly could tell how much cooler it kept the house. the view seemed unchanged from the clear glass we had before. The look from the outside was fantastic. It looks like our house has a pair of sunglasses lol. I recommend anyone looking to add windows to use Brothers. The cost was reasonable - especially when you think about the experience. It is stressful to do this and not completely understand what the end result will look like. Trust me - they do a great job. First of all Rocio. There are no cracks in my stucco. That is something your company completely made up. The windows were resealed from the inside by your company in 2023. The sealant is already coming off. Your own worker told us to we had to have them resealed every five years. That was something we were never told. All of this information plus the report from the restoration company will be sent to our lawyer. read more

Brothers have impressed me through every interaction I had with their Home Improvement team (15 full construction Window replacements and 2 Doors in my case). Jessie, the outside sales person who met with us was a really nice guy who takes pride in the service and products this tight knit family business provides. Having worked his way up from the installing team he had "hands on" experience that really lent over when reviewing window options and installation choices. It was an easy decision to go with Brothers when comparing their prices on the Simonton window offering and accompanying warranty. The scheduling, measuring and installation process was also top notch. Everyone was super knowledgeable and really focused on customer satisfaction. The 3 lead installers were VERY capable with a lot of experience in construction and carpentry. They were also conscientious in their clean-up and never left an unsealed opening before they left for the day. As an overall observation, a job with this many windows can run longer than anticipated. My construction went out for two weeks primarily due to the City Permitting process in Santa Cruz and the discovery of dry rot that Brothers stepped up and fixed (again great carpentry work on the fix). Broadly: they were very fairly priced, and the windows they installed are great -- we haven't needed to run the heating since then! From the home visit for the quotation, to the measuring and scheduling, to the day of install, I found everyone at Brothers to be communicative, friendly, and professional. Specifics: Gary Littleton, who came out to do a first look and give us a quote, was our point person throughout the process. I can't recommend him enough! He was friendly, patient with my questions, and a great teacher regarding all the stuff that make a good window. , Maybe most importantly, he was easy to reach and lightning-fast to reply when I had additional questions *throughout* the process, even after signing the contract. I think the man who measured our windows was named Greg? He was thorough, courteous, and professional.
