tonight, two cousins took me on a rollercoaster i will nary forget. after a seemingly normal delivery call in, i grew more and more confused as my food took centuries to arrive. two hours to be precise. i will admit, i was frustrated. but that all was washed away when the sweet young delivery driver child said he loved my pink cheetah flip flops from dollar general. what an angel from god's heaven. he looked anxious, like the last customer delivered him twenty lashings. i will be praying for him immediately after writing this because i would cry if i was him. the food miraculously was hot at arrival. how on earth did they manage? i am unfamiliar with the industry. read more

Wow, wow, wow! We have had food from similar establishments in this area. Often, one does certain things the best, while others shine at different offerings. Recent pizzas from Two Cousins were baked well, with generous toppings, and great flavor. I happen to own a real restaurant steamer (I've done pretty much everything in the industry - including owning a successful fresh pasta business.). Their pizza reheats perfectly! Previous owners were amazing! These new ones not at all.. sauce is spilled all over mozz sticks almost everytime and soggy. Cheesesteak is usually soggy as well as they quote 25 mins when it's ready in 10. tonight I guess they didn't feel like doing our order and just decided to cancel it with no text, call or email. They were open for another hour plus.. Owner was useless and of no help. Will not be returning to the Millersville location. Do better. New owners are beyond horrible at this Millersville location. read more

Some of my favorite pizza in the area. Thin and crispy crust. I do wish the overall pizza had more of a crust however. The sauce is plentiful and tasty. The cheese could use a little but not flavor but overall it's not bad either read more

This place exceeded our expectations. We stopped in after a baseball tournament in the area on a Sunday evening. It was 4 families with a total of 20 people and they were ready for the challenge. They were very accommodating and the waitress brought pitchers of sodas quickly. We were all hungry and were thrilled that the appetizers and food came out correctly, quickly and tasted great. I give one star bc the gracious delivery driver was so nice. However night I say that the female owner of this place as of 2021 is downright disgusting with customers and lacks customer service at least in my experience and I've came here for years. My order was incorrect and she was very belligerent as I was being kind asked me what she could do for me then when I names options told me she wasn't going to remake my pizza or refund me and that she was the owner and I'd never have to order from there again. Mind you the first call to place my order she already had an attitude. I then cried after the phone call because I didn't understand what I did wrong to be spoken to so disgracefully and lost $22 for a large pizza that I couldn't eat. read more

They have done an excellent job during the pandemic of providing great food at a good price! A take out order takes 10 to 15 minutes!

Would love to give this place a better review because their food is great BUT good food does not outway bad service. They are open until 10pm, last night at 8pm my family and I walked in for dinner and the owner very rudely shouted at us that they were closed and we needed to leave immediately. I understand the food service industry is stressful but if you turn away customers you will not make money to keep the doors open. Sadly they lost our business. read more

We used the online menu/pricing to order our food and then go pick it up. When paying at the restaurant for the food, the bill was more! Called to ask why and he said the prices changed about 3 weeks ago! Please adjust the prices online so customers know accurate prices. Pizza was not our favorite and tuna sub was fair. Had we realized that, we would have went somewhere else. Will try a new place from now on. read more

I am less than satisfied with the service. I ordered food for delivery and it took an hour and a half to get here, mind you I live 8 minutes away. After the driver got here, there was no reason given why it took so long and nothing done to circumvent the situation. Then as I open to look at my order and instead of getting a large sub I got a regular. I called the owner and instead of him apologizing and taking care of the incident he declared that there is no way he could have gotten the order wrong. No apology was ever given and nothing was done. I will never eat at this establishment again I hope others read this and realize that if mistakes are made by them they do nothing to make it right. I decided to try out this place since my go to pizza place was closed today and I regret it. I ordered buffalo wings and cheese fries and the wings were the worst I've ever seen. Although they were large they seemed undercooked, and the "sauce" (what little of it there was) was not buffalo wing sauce but regular hot sauce, very thin. The cheese fries also used that horrible mozzarella which just creates a plastic covering, instead of using actual melted cheese sauce. I ate a little of each since I was hungry and had already paid for it but I definitely should've saved my money for something else. In the trash they went! read more

Every time we stop in there, every gentleman that runs the counter is rude. I always second guess my self on eating here again because we get such an attitude from the employees. If you asked me to rate this place 6 months ago it would have been at least 3 stars because I DO in fact like the food here. However, they have a major problem with getting orders correct and their attitude for satisfying the customer is pretty poor in my opinion. I noticed some attitude from the girl on the phone when I mentioned my past 3 orders being wrong and wanting to go over the order. Also she basically cut me off and hung up on my because they were quote "so busy" and according to the driver "had like, 500 orders". That to me is no excuse for poor customer service. This is exactly what happens. Good food does not outweigh the bad service. We will be going to a few other BETTER places right around the corner from now on. Side note...I just glanced to the right column of my screen and noticed another person saying basically the SAME thing. Also, you don't even want to know the dialogue between the driver and I, and the owner and I when talking about the problem. Pathetic. read more
