Mom and pop pizza shop where you can buy by the slice or a whole pie - my sister and I called and ordered for pickup and got chicken wings, a pepperoni pizza, and some noodles for my niece. It was all ready to go by the time we got there and it only took about ten minutes! Piping hot, love the family atmosphere and chiding camaraderie!

Our usually go-to pizza place was temporarily closed due to electricity issues, so we decided to give Tony's a try! I love New-York style pizza and Tony's is a neighborhood hole in the wall gem!!!! Nestled in a strip center, Tony's makes 28" pizzas if you're looking to have a party!!! Sheesh! We decided to order a half and half - half pepperoni and jalapeño and half sausage, bell peppers and onions, and it did not disappoint! A bit on the greasy side tho, but flavors and ingredients were spot on! I appreciated the friendly service as well! A good place to order from if you're looking to feed a large crowd and the prices are super reasonable compared to other pizza places! We also ordered a Caesar salad and mozzarella sticks! Salad was super fresh! I can probably pass on the mozzarella sticks next time tho! Nothing special on the sticks!

Tony's Pizzeria on a Tuesday cheese slice $1.25. Fuggedaboutit, cheaper than a pack of gum on 3rd Ave! Walk in this tiny spot and Mickey Mantle's plaque would be rollin' in his grave next to Astros Jose Altuve nonsense. Yankees, Astros pick a team, fam! I hate the Yanks, but this za? Forget sports, I'm here to munch like a real Bronx G. Hit the counter lunch special: 2 pepperonis + drink for $6.99. Cheese slice? Nay I'm grown, gimme that stacked, drippy, Bronx-style za. Pizza comes out hot like the bronx in July, crust got that perfect flop, cheese pull cinematic, pepperoni stacked like the skyline, sauce sweet but still bangs. I ain't frontin' Tony put the Bronx in a box and somehow made it taste like mad love If you're near by Tony's don't be a bum, grab the za, stack it high, and let your taste buds do the freakin' cha-cha. Mickey Mantle might be rollin' in his grave, Altuve might be confused, but you? You're living your best Bronx life, one perfect flop at a time.

The pizza was great (very NewYorkish). The pasta was ok. Service was acceptable. Ambiance is a bit hole-in-the-wall but serviceable... the clientele is there to eat lunch and leave.

Large slices, great NY pizza taste! You won't be disappointed! This is our #1 pizza place in Houston! We frequent the Jones Road location conveniently located near 1960 and not far from 290. Pizzas taste great and the thin crust slices are huge!

This is - by far - the best pizza I've had in Houston, and better than some I've had in New York (both upstate and NYC) and Chicago. It's a diamond in the rough to be sure. You wouldn't expect that what is probably the best pizza in Texas would be served at a tiny restaurant where 1985 is calling and wants its hanging menu back. Not only that, the service was quick. I ordered a supreme pizza and it was freshly made and on my table in what seemed like only a few minutes. My daughter - who doesn't even like Hawaiian pizza - tasted a slice of some and said she's ordering that next time. That's how good it is. The crust is absolutely perfect - only a bit crispy, and the crispy layer is thin like a sheet of paper. Now I want another pizza...

Our favorite locally owned pizza shop on Jones Road. Pizza sizes come in various sizes. Nothing like a Papa John's or Pizza Hut! The party size is 24 inch and we got to select how many slices we wanted based on the size. The taste is always good. Son loves pepperoni and we love either the all meat or supreme. Both are delicious! The service is always good. The staff is nice and friendly and even will help you out to your vehicle for multiple Pizza orders or large size boxes. Apparently they are BYOB because I observed a couple enter with their bottle of wine. There is nothing like a family owned business who keeps it simple and sticks to what they know.

WOW! This place is amazing the Pizza and ingredients are as fresh as you will get anywhere in Houston. I will definitely be coming here often and becoming a regular. My wife and I left very impressed with everything from the Taste of Pizza, the Wide selection of Menu items and most importantly the great Customer Service they provided for every customer that walked in. I had the pleasure to meet the Owner Mr.Dennis and found out that this is a family owned and operated restaurant from his Wife to his 2 Sons which I truly support.Do yourself a favor and come try for yourself. I ran into this place like you by looking up reviews on Yelp and let me tell you the Great Reviews do not Lie!

Meh. Highly rated, but cluttered space of old busted furniture and tasteless pizza. Really expected more from the reviews, but didn't even seem like same restaurant in the reviews.

A little greasy but other than that, this is how a New York pie should taste! The wings are awesome too!

The fungi is everything I would have hoped for as someone obsessed with fresh mushrooms, truffle, and garlic. The dry rub wings are also seasoned extremely well. The fresh dill ranch dipping sauce is fantastic. Finally, the staff there is awesome and it's great to watch Masters at their craft. And they also have weekly rotations of custom pizzas To keep things fresh, no pun intended. I will definitely be back many times. Next time I'll try one of the desserts. They looked very unique.

Read all the great reviews about Tailspin Pizza so I just had to see what this was all about…read more Order two pizzas on line for pickup on a Friday evening; when I saw people sitting outside eating a few tables and others standing around waiting. From the crowd at this very small establishment I was impressed and excited to try out choices of Pepper Vodka and Pepperoni. The Pepperoni was traditional but a limited about of pepperoni as you can see in the photograph, noting about of the ordinary. The Peppered Vodka sauce was excellent, but again limited sausage. The crust was probably the best part of the pizzas. Talespin is what I'd consider an "average" pizzeria when comparing to the "non-chain" establishments around town. Still not as good as you'd get at a proper Italian restaurant, but better than Domino's or Papa John's.
