They were widely available and their headquarters are in California. I contacted them to see if they had a preferred vendor to do the installation. This is how I found Triple Queen. I did my due diligence and got estimates from a couple of other plumbers closer to my location but I figured if the manufacturer is suggesting a vendor I should take that recommendation seriously. I spoke to Victoria about the job. I liked that she was very upfront about them not being the cheapest because the quality of the installation is their number one priority. Plus, they were located quite far from where I am but they were willing to take the job. So I went with them. The installation experience was great. Adan and his crew were on time, professional and polite! If you look at the pics of his other installs they look like works of art! You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was even able to remove some redundant piping which made the install look even better. After everything was done he stayed for another hour to do the setup. The system has been running great! It's made a world of difference with the incredibly hard water we have here in the South Bay. I highly recommend Triple Queen's plumbing.
