Charles and Tayla are super responsive especially since I don't live near the property they helped to fix the piping for and they constantly sent me photos and updates to keep me posted about everything!! Long story short, the rental we live in has had some horrible sewer line problems for the last year. The landlord kept bringing in the company she uses exclusively which offered no relief of the recurring issue, and only a bandaid on a bigger problem. Charles came in and gave a full inspection and completed the job, while giving me a clear answer as to what what really going on, and alerting me it was an actual pipe issue that needed to be addressed and walked me through his entire report of findings. Customer service is grossly unprofessional and 0 customer service abilities. No call no show for 4 weeks and I was told in essence "who cares" and was told in many ways it was unreasonable for me to reach out and ask as there was an approval pending. in addition, I received a "personal" message from Morgan the front office person. I spoke to the owner Charles and while he assured all communications would cease she still felt some authority to reach out. So either Charles took the situation lightly and never said anything to Morgan on the agreement we had or he just flat out didn't give a crap and is ok with that behavior from his employees. So, after Plumber Dick changed out some angle valves, I noticed we had a water leak in the from yard. They sent the owner out right away. He looked the job over, explained everything that he noticed and gave me my options. We opted to have the entire main line into the house replaced, as it was the best option. The day came that he and his crew of 4 shows up. They got right to work, explained everything that needed to be done. They even noticed that a precocious plumber did not hook up out water softener correctly. The price he quoted me was the price we paid. To top it off, one of the sprinkler valves has busted when they turned the water on. I had planned on replacing them anyways, so I just hired them to do all 4 valves. Plumber Duck just picked up a new customer for life! I needed a plumber yesterday, so I did an internet search, and it started out discouraging. The first plumber I called said he wouldn't be able to get here until the end of next week; the second said: best case scenario, Friday / worst case scenario Monday or Tuesday. Plumber Duck was my third call, and I expected more of the same. When he asked if I could wait, I expected to hear: for a few days, a week, longer -- when he said 30-45 minutes, I about fell out of my chair.
