Motor Home into a SMALL RV spot at 9pm with such ease and perfection that would have been impossible for almost all of us. I recognize that this one review likely will not change anyone's mind about using Brothers Towing, but will say if you are considering them, be very careful about your decision. If you are a property manager thinking about using them, I would suggest you do not. If you are a police agency considering them for rotation tows, or currently using them, I suggest you do not. My daughter made a mistake and parked where she should not have and got her car towed. Totally her fault, 100%. She accepts full responsibility for that, coming away with a learning experience. The issue with Brothers is that they charged my daughter $440 for the tow and one night of storage - basically just over twelve hours. Staff were unprofessional. Not a way to treat customers. I suggest giving your business to tow companies that are reputable. In our opinion, this business is not that. read more

I am a business owner in Bullhead City Arizona. At about closing time (about 5:30 PM on 08/11/2023), we saw this towing truck in my parking lot towing a vehicle. My staff went to the parking lot to ask the guy that why was he towing a vehicle. The guy came in my business and asked my front desk to call the owner of the vehicle to get more information. My front desk called the owner of the vehicle who informed us that they called State Farm and State Farm asked "Brothers Towing" to tow the car. I asked my front desk staff that why were we investigating all of this and that the towing company person should be providing us with this information. At this the "Brothers Towing" guy in a very rude and disrespectful manner told me that I was "being a smart ass". I asked the guy to calm down and that we were only doing our part as this vehicle was in my business parking lot. I started walking out of the lobby towards the exit door and the "Brothers Towing" guy says to me that why was I so close to him. I was a little confused at his remark. Now this "Brothers Towing" guy says to me in a very threatening manner that "for your own health and safety, I should not be this close to him." At this remark, I asked the guy to calm down. Crazy man. My Honda Accord got towed without a warning from HOA...I know these guys have nothing to do with it but 500$ for a 20 year old sedan is insane. But it is what it is...until I saw the condition my car was in...absolutely FILTHY with dirt when I had left it spotless the day before and not to mention a FLAT TIRE, I was enraged I told the boss ( forgot his name ) "dude my tire was not like that" and he goes on to say "i don't know what to tell you" I tell him "I just paid you 500$ and you give me a flat dirty car??", crazy man. He offered to pay to FIX the tire when it was completely gone and refused to pay for a new one. I told him I have a spare and I don't want anyone touching my car anymore. The perfect company for a big RV tow. He towed a class A diesel pusher RV with independent front suspension, so it required a heavy duty truck with cups for the tires. He was extremely knowledgeable. We had already spent hours and hours having other tow companies come out and AAA couldn't find anyone and we also have Good Sam and they found a company that didn't have the right truck. All these companies told us we needed a low boy or a Landoll but the RV was too tall for those. Finally we got Pat at Brothers Towing. He was careful, and he knew a lot of small details such as hooking up the air ride system and chaining up the mudflap. And disconnected the drive train.We followed his tow for 75 miles And we're really happy to see that he took great care of the RV and took it very slow and it didn't get damaged. Then he put it right where we needed it at the destination, which was not easy. All in all, I would recommend highly for towing an RV. read more

Phew, where do I start. So, I got myself into a bad situation. I drove my little car on a dirt path to get closer parking to see the poppies in bloom last weekend. I saw other cars driving through and thought, why not my little car? Wrong. So I got stuck. Like, really stuck. I called THREE other tow companies before calling Brothers and I so regret not calling them first! After three tow companies came out and assessed the situation, nobody was willing to help me based on how stuck I was and how far off the road I was. Insert my angels Robert & Tony from Brothers. It was a tough tow, no doubt about it. So much so that it risked the tow truck getting stuck in the soft sand as well, but after seeing how upset and helpless I was at that point (I had no way to get my car out and it was set to rain the next day which would have filled the ravine I was parked in with water and totaled my car) they decided to help me out. They were so supportive, so helpful, and honestly they saved me. I was going to literally sleep in my car in the freezing cold and hope to wake up to a miracle. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and I am SO grateful for them. I would recommend this company 20 times over! Robert and Tony, you are literally my heroes. 3 days ago i woke up to my roomate informing me my car was about to be towed,, so i ran outside and spoke with the officer to see why it was beimng towed and what i could do.. my fuel pump had just swent out so i was parked facing opposite of traffic not in anyones way it was actually technically on my neighbors property i explained and she was gracious enough to give me a pass she informed the driver that she was no longer going to tow my vehicle i was so relieved until the officer went back to her car and i spoke to the tow truck driver who than told me i would have to pay him 120$ right than or he was not going to unhook my vehicle.. i was balling ,y eyes out becvause i am having a hard time in 25 work minimum wage am almost 8 mos pregnant and i had informed the tow driver all my important paperwork was in the vehicle along with a trunk full of diapers babyclothes my new crib and all the stuff i had just bought to get ready for my little guy was in that car and i couldnt afford to lose it no way it was everything from my baby shower and than some!!! i couldnt belkive the officer was so kind and the dude i felt like was totally trying to extort me probablhy because he saw all the new stuff i had in my car (wich im sure ius probably gone) so long story short i asked the driver for just 5 minutes to go ask my roomates for the money so i didnt lose my lifeline! he said ok i went and got the money from my roomate not even 5b minutes had passed i am headed out my front dooe and the dude is gone! not only am i completely screwed without that vehiccle im going to get fired if i miss any more days of work and im going to be a mommy in a month! i couldnt believe how heartless some people could be and the worste part is i had the money for the guy if he just would have honored his word and waited 5 freaking minutes! oh yeah come to find out that driver had no right totake my vehicle after the officer said she wasnt going to tow my car and asked the man to release it that thats exactly whagt he should have done not tried to extort money from me.. i was not the one who called for the tow and he had no right.. got myself some legal aid and i pray i get my car back and mr tow driver that was pretty unkind of you i wouild really like to know if that was your daughter or wife or mom how would u feel if someone did that to them just took off didnt even give me the paperwork for the tow or nothing if i wasnt paying attention i would have no clue where my vehicle was! plus u shouldntn have taken it i feel like totally crushed im going to talk tobrothers tomorrow hopefully someone there can help me straighten this mess out. i dont want any trouble just what is right a. m. 1 442 362 4823 read more

Im going to start out with this- my car got towed and I had to pay 375 to get it back. I had never been towed before so I'm pretty clueless about the whole thing, and just so upset that I had to pay so much money. The receptionist, Kathy, was wonderful. She was so very sweet to me and tried to help me as much as she could with what I had to work with in my glove compartment so I was able to get my car out that day. Great customer service, sweet lady. Though i was there for bad circumstances she made my day better with her helpfulness and humor. The driver who got called in to get my car on the weekend was also very nice, I think his name was Mike. I had a great customer service experience. read more

Thanks to Robert at Brothers Towing my sister and I are home safe! After leaving Big Bear Mountain we could not get one of our tire chains off. A carabiner was holding some extra links and for the life of us we could not loosen it. We're pretty capable girls but we needed was some muscle or a wrench. We saw Brothers Towing on another call, so we asked if we could borrow a wrench, Robert immediately offered to check it out. Within a few minutes the chain was off! One should really be cautious, if you need a towing company , call another company. The fact that Brothers Towing is even in business makes one wonder. For starters, the lady (%#$@$) at the front window is rude, nasty and has no clue about customer service. Her father must own the company! They think they are above the Law, well the only thing they know about the law is "how to break it". Let's just say, I stopped counting after 3 violations. The tow truck drivers are no better, they use fowl language, threaten customers ( to beat them up), charge consumers to drop their vehicles the same amount as if the car was actually towed to their yard. Be aware of this outfit. Do your homework with the BBB, Lake Elsinore business and permits. Car got towed out of my apartments guest parking which is a whole separate bone to pick with my apartment but I was told over the phone that it would cost $320 to pick up and registered owner must pick it up. They crashed my car during a tow... said they would pay for the damage-- won't give us their insurance information-- won't tell me the full story of what happened NOR the drivers name and straight disappeared on me. I am now $5500 in the hole and it's been a month with no car because of them. I'm getting married, have a child in school, and work!! I can't even go on my honeymoon now because of them (since we had to use our honeymoon fund to pay for everything) !!!! I gave them so many chances to do the right thing. And now they disappeared. Robert & Tony were the best! Excellent customer service. They helped me out last weekend, never rushed anything and made sure the car was secure by being thorough in their work and doing multiple checks. They kept me safe and extremely comfortable in everything they did, for example making sure I stayed by the sidewalk because my car was parked on an extremely busy road (the poppies are in bloom).
