I did not have cell service, but I was able to scan a large hill and get reception. I was able to call in for about 30 seconds, enough time to give my location and trouble. I lost connection prior to payment. Luckily I was able to receive text and the dispatcher for Grim texted me back and let me know I had lost cell service, but he was sending a driver over. I waited a total of 25 min and I heard the beautiful sound of that diesel truck in the canyon making lts way to me. The driver was professional and had a place that could fix my axle, I took his word for it and they were able to fix my car the next day. I am very grateful for Grim towing and my driver / dispatcher who saved the day. I would recommend them 100 percent.

He brought his diagnostic tools and ran a couple tests to be sure everything was proper. He took my old battery as well!
