Our driver was so awesome, funny, kind, and got us to Bangor safely. It took HOURS but I'll never forget how great he was. I wish we had more options - I travel from Lincoln, Maine to Portland, Maine frequently. I try to use public transportation as much as possible to save the environment and save my car. Perhaps the limited options are Covid related. It was hard getting up at 4:30 this morning to get on the 7 am bus to Portland. I was determined to support our business and also help save the environment. I have been vaccinated against Covid, that has helped me make this decision, as well. They have plastic guards on all the seat backs. They have seats blocked off. The staff are awesome, as always! I love how I can sit back, read, listen to music, or watch a movie. You do have to bring your own headphones now and they do not serve water and snacks. That is fine - I'm grateful they are still in service.

The bus drivers are great at what they do and each have cool personalities. Sometimes the buses don't have charging port on so just be prepared to go without sometimes or get a portable charger. The representative explained how the rental process works, what options I had as far as gas, roadside assistance, etc. The representative came to my house, picked me up ( just like the commercial says!) And brought me back to the office to finish the paperwork. And in no time I was on my way in a nice, clean, safe sedan! My only negative, was the price for the rental (hence the 4 stars) It was more than I anticipated, as I had not intended to ever need a rental car. But, I was in a pinch, so I tightened my belt and, was able to secure the rental. I actually needed it for longer than I thought, I gave them a quick phone call and they easily extended the rental. If I find myself in this sitch again, I will def. turn to my local Enterprise. They really will pick you up!!!

We rented our car in Boston and had driven all the way to Augusta Maine when we got a flat. We (ourselves) changed out the tire with the spare in the trunk but didn't feel comfortable driving the car afterwards. After a few unsuccessful attempts at contacting a real person on the Enterprise 800 number, we finally got a customer service rep (Ashley) who told us that we would have a new vehicle us at the Augusta location 6 miles away from us. Once we got there, we were greeted by Josh who helped us get through the transition of swapping out our car without any hassle. He was very friendly and helpful.

Heather was our driver for our wedding party. She arrived on time and was professional and extremely helpful. Then when we got to the ceremony venue and realized we had forgotten all our flowers, she really went above and beyond. She drove back to our hotel and collected our flowers and got them to us in time for the ceremony! She helped the bride with her dress and kept champagne flowing for the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Her customer service was incredible. I highly recommend you hire Fields of Green for your transportation needs and make sure you ask for Heather!
