Our driver was so awesome, funny, kind, and got us to Bangor safely. It took HOURS but I'll never forget how great he was. I wish we had more options - I travel from Lincoln, Maine to Portland, Maine frequently. I try to use public transportation as much as possible to save the environment and save my car. Perhaps the limited options are Covid related. It was hard getting up at 4:30 this morning to get on the 7 am bus to Portland. I was determined to support our business and also help save the environment. I have been vaccinated against Covid, that has helped me make this decision, as well. They have plastic guards on all the seat backs. They have seats blocked off. The staff are awesome, as always! I love how I can sit back, read, listen to music, or watch a movie. You do have to bring your own headphones now and they do not serve water and snacks. That is fine - I'm grateful they are still in service.

Country Coach Charter pulled the old bait-and-switch on me, pocketed my deposit, and refused to refund me the money back when I received the invoice (months before the date of service) with services we did not agree on. Several months before my wedding, I requested a coach bus with air conditioning that seats 50. Darcy immediately responded and asked me to fill out a form on her website and submit the deposit, and she would immediately send over the invoice. Wanting to lock down transportation, I foolishly did so as I thought this was a honest, business relationship. When I finally received the invoice, it was for a a shuttle bus that doesn't even seat 50, with no air conditioning in the middle of summer (the shuttle bus wasn't even pictured on their website or facebook page). When I respectfully emailed back immediately saying that this is not what we agreed on, and if I could receive my deposit back, Darcy did not respond for months, after repeated calls and emails. My CC company would not refund me the money either due to filling out the form on her website first (which was my mistake). I am very disappointed that CC of Maine would conduct business in this manner, and am personally insulted that they wouldn't even return my phone calls or emails, even as I was being respectful. I hope that people will learn from my experience.

I got there at 5:24pm and I was advised at the door it closed at 5:30 after I was already dropped off by Lyft driver and door shut in my face. Greyhound maybe needs to look at using ticket to access entry to building after hours for safety purposes, especially if buses are still running. This is not a safe area to be waiting outside for a bus at 10pm and it pouring down raining. Only one lyft driver available in whole city at that time, I was glad he at least stopped by to make I was safe.

Each time I speak with customer service they state someone will be contacting me back, but It's been over a month now and I haven't received one call or email back. I had over a $1000 worth of clothing items in this box and Greyhound has no idea what happened to it DO NOT EVER USE GREYHOUND FOR SHIPPING PACKAGES OR ANYTHING ELSE. Customer service is awful and provides absolutely no assistance in any shape or form.
