I am out of excuses for this business. I had no problem spending my money with them but it appears they can't deliver on their service. Repeated inquiries into my vehicle with very little, to no feedback, is unacceptable. I have tried repeatedly to contact the owner with no response in the last month or 2. I will not litigate this on the internet. I just need a man to man conversation. I don't have time for a business that repairs cars not to repair the car. Hell, they have had it in their possession almost more than I have.

The kind that makes you start rearranging your budget and your life decisions at the same time. Of course, I did what any reasonable person does--I went and had a little chat with ChatGPT, plugging in numbers like I suddenly had a finance degree. Credit score, trade-in, price... the whole works. Meanwhile, a salesman named Kevin texts me, asks what I want, gets my payoff, and says he'll get back to me the next day. Well... "the next day" gave me plenty of time to panic. After thinking it over (and probably overthinking it just a little), we convinced ourselves, "Yeah... we probably can't afford that Crosstrek." So I text Kevin and basically say, "Never mind, false alarm, ignore my dreams." ONE HOUR later... Kevin calls. This man comes back with numbers. Real numbers. Good numbers. "Wait a second... those are our numbers." And then he drops the kicker--it's for the SAME blue Crosstrek I had my heart set on. Y'all... we bought the car. For a better deal than we ever expected. And Kevin? That man didn't just sell a car--he showed up, followed through, and treated us like we mattered. In a world where you expect a sales pitch, he gave us honesty, patience, and somehow... our blue Crosstrek. Moral of the story: sometimes you say "never mind," and God (and Kevin) say, "oh no you don't."

They called me at 12:45 PM saying they still hadn't looked at my car yet and that they were letting it cool down because they had left it running and it was now hot. I understood that they could be busy, so I let it go. Then at 3:15 PM, they called and told me I could come pick up my car. After having my vehicle for 7 hours, they still could not tell me why my A/C wasn't blowing and recommended that I take it somewhere else. My parents were understandably frustrated, so my dad looked at the car himself. He checked the A/C fuse, found that it was blown, replaced it, and the compressor fan started working immediately. This ended up being a $15 fix that they never checked or even mentioned as a possibility. My issue isn't that they couldn't fix it -- it's that after having my car all day, they didn't even perform the basic checks to rule out something as simple as a blown fuse. I feel like I wasted my time and money for a diagnosis that wasn't thorough. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again.

My truck set In the same spot for weeks before I had the person who referred me to them call them and make them work on my truck. They fixed the problem y rigging a transmission line up. All in all I could of just bought a new transmission kind I just did and put it in myself for the trouble I went through with them.
