The tech, Shedella (a guess at the spelling) was excellent. Because of being a hard stick, most techs elsewhere always have to try both arms, tap and flick veins, and other places down my arms. Shedella got it first try. She was friendly and sweet, as were other employees. A few people needed help with the kiosk, and ladies came from the back to walk them through it. A great experience.

Roughly put gauze and tape i am allergic to over area without addressing anything. Chair i was told to sit in worn out and taped together. Felt like very unprofessional site. I will drive out of my area for next blood draw. Not a comfortable or professional feeling place to have medical tests done.

When I called to confront the office about the false positive they put me on the phone with their "professional". After going back and forth with this guy for about 5 minutes this moron actually had the gall to tell me that I had failed myself and I was never allowed back to their lab again. My response: Why the hell would I want to come back to your office when you're handing out false positives and then telling your clients that they are failures and that we failed ourselves?! I STRONGLY recommend asking your employer what lab they are sending you to for your pre-employment drug screening and ask for a different location if this is the place they intend to send you to. If you have no choice but this location you will pretty much be dealing with a bunch of dirt bags that will take pleasure in degrading you as a human being when you call to contest their fraudulent testing at this specific location. As for me.... I'm strongly considering a lawsuit against these people. Funny thing is....the employer that was sending me to these people told me they have many people that come back with a positive drug test from this company. As for this drug testing company... I'm going to find every website with a review option for you guys and make SURE that people see my experience with you guys.

I'm a 69 year old Veteran that has a lot of patience but when I finally talked to a provider after calling 7 time today and spending over a hour on hold she begins by telling me she doing me a curiosity by taking my call on a weekend and I began telling her this has been going on all week.
