I've visited Brow and Wax Wizard three times now for eyebrow threading services. They're close by my house, great pricing and have great customer reviews. Before I go on, I will say that every single person I've interacted with there on every visit has been super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The salon is always clean. They take Apple Pay, etc. If simply for convenience and customer service, I'd come back! I've had services with Ravija, Radhi, and Sahar, respectively. All extremely nice people. I came to Ravija after months of putting off brow services due to the effort of looking, so I came in with a full set of brows to work with. I left with brows that were uneven and much thinner than I had when I came in. Next visit after about 4 weeks, Radhi was GREAT! She gave my brows a beautiful shape, listened when I told her I didn't want thin brows, and I left with brows that really complimented my face. I set another appointment online with Radhi for my follow up but Sahar was the only brow specialist available. I gave her the same instructions as Radhi and when told her, I just needed them clean, not thinner. Not only did she completely over luck my brows, but there is a chunk missing at the bottom. Towards the end of her working on my brows, she suggested tint. Which, after looking at my brows afterward, would've probably helped cover the gap missing in my eyebrow but I couldn't have her do more to my face. All in all, if you go, I'd recommend Radhi and if she's not there, wait or come another day. I personally will just wait until my brows grow back and find another brow place. read more

Went in for a face waxing and came out with a scar on my face. The lady doing waxing was new and pulled out my skin while waxing giving me a significant large scar on face. While the lady who did my eyebrows did a good job, but the lady who did my face wax did give me a scar on my face. Look for alternate options and go to another salon if you want to save your skin. read more

I want here at the recommendation of my sister, as this is our go to place. They use cheap products which is how the prices are low like the eyebrow wax the use on Brazilians. This made it super uncomfortable and on top of not having the the appointment with the person that I made it with that was frustrating. The wording of the Groupon I got online was confusing so they didn't validate that even though I purchased a leg wax as well. Two months after this I had some of the words ingrown hairs I've ever experienced, won't be back. The manager contacted me the same day this review was made and she handled the situation swiftly and promptly. A refund was made and I will go back for a leg wax to try again as I enjoyed that the first time around. Appreciate the professionalism!! read more
